The quality is also outstanding and we did not have any problems with the magazine not being in order once the printing was finished. For another, Liz has attended me both times, and she is efficient and welcoming. Seriously was in and out both times in five minutes flat. As for what I sent out, the first was a care package with fragile items that arrived in one piece. The second a letter that will be arriving later in the week. I've no doubt everything will go swimmingly. I mean, so far everything has, and minus one incident years ago with FedEx, I've never had any issues with this chain whatsoever.

There's no excuse for talking about a customer to other customers. I smiled. I didn't raise my voice. I send a lot of packages at that location and she was just nasty to me. When I asked the other employee in the building if there was a manager name or business card I could have, she told me I needed to leave. Terrible, terrible customer service at this location.
