Then when the insurance company paid, we contracted with him to replace the mailbox. He did a great job communicating with us and describing various designs. I have had very bad service from Mr. Mailbox. They first sent me email communications that were intended for some other customer and failed to keep me informed of when the job would be done. They had an excellent Mexican work crew who did fine masonry, but I wished I could have hired the Mexicans without a go-between. Now, two months later, the brick mailbox has no flag and no address plaque and I can't get information out of Mr. Mailbox about what the holdup is and when it will be done.
