I was out of town and seen my attic roof in the garage getting ready to bust and crash down in my car. The drain line was not installed properly and leaked for who knows how long. I called to give them the rundown of what happened and I was officially blown off by the company.

Jason was timely, professional, and meticulous in cleaning out the lint and repairing the dryer, ensuring everything was working safely and effectively. Several neighbors had also used Jason's services and praised his reliability and quality work, which I can now confirm. I initially tried calling a couple of times but didn't get through, so booking online was much more convenient.

Fantastic service. I…read morewalked in with my Oreck, intent on getting it fixed. It's had a solid 20 year run. Ed, the owner, said "no problem" and guaranteed it ready for pickup tomorrow. Then I looked around. Plenty of eye candy here for those of us with a penchant for industrial/mechanical art and functionality that truly sucks. Then I saw her in the back row in the center of the room - a used Kirby G4. Ed never tried to sell me anything - he was intent on getting my perfectly fine Oreck back on the front lines. It was too late though. The G4 and I already met. We danced around the 800-lb gorilla in the room but then it was just too much. As the saying goes, "leave with the one what brung you" so Oreck and I returned to the car but this time, she rode in the trunk. Kirby rode shotgun. Picked up attachments and extra bags in the process. Go see Ed. He'll square you away.

Over the last several years I've gotten to know the family that owns this company, have had my…read moredownstairs unit replaced, and have utilized their service contracts. They have set a high bar for themselves in the areas of quality service and integrity, and they have never let me down. This is true for the most recent, yesterday, maintenance visit. It even started with the call for making the appointment. The young lady in the office (and, being old and senile, I don't remember her name) who makes the appointment calls and answers the phone is a real asset. The tone she sets with her cheerful and pleasant attitude sets the tone for the call, and creates exactly the first impression that any business wants their customers to experience. Then, when Keegan shows up to do the service call, he is pleasant, explains everything that he's doing, and then proceeds to do it well. I highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. (I understand they also install and service pool heaters)
