We had a new system put in a couple of years ago. After working with them a year ago to try & get things normal, I had an accident & have just now been able to reach out. The system just doesn't work correctly. We moved in this house as new & the system worked fine. Understandably about 13 years later we had to install another one that Benson installed & it worked fine. Our system Barineau just installed has been nothing but problems. If you're too warm you need to go to the other side of house, too cool go to another room. They added another vent (wanted us to pay part but we didn't) in our bedroom because the heat & cool wasn't working correctly. Now it is either too cool or too hot. I don't understand why their new system can't work as good as the other two systems that were put in our house ??? I feel like the whole system needs to be taken out & re-installed. I've never had or heard of a new system not being a constant air flow throughout the whole house.

Our HVAC system was 27 years old, about the same age as our house, and in the middle of July it…read morefinally gave out on us. We called Locke's on Monday morning, and by 10 am that morning the owner was at our home giving us a quote for a new system. No one likes being in that position, especially during the hottest part of summer, when you're worried about how expensive the repair or replacement might be. Locke's helped us work within our budget and gave us the best value we found. We got several other quotes, but Locke's offered the best combination of price, service, and equipment along with a great team behind the name. Our installation was scheduled for Friday, and the crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. ready to get to work. And work they did -- in 95-degree heat and 130-degree attic temperatures. Three men were on the job all day, and even when a storm moved in near the end of the day and briefly knocked out the power, they kept going and finished the installation. They also cleaned up as they worked, leaving the space neat when they were done. I cannot stress enough how neat and clean they left everything. Once the power came back on, they installed the thermostat and started up the AC. It was blowing cold and running so quietly compared to our old system. Even after the installation was complete, we still had a few questions the next day, and they came back on Saturday and answered everything thoroughly. We've had the system for a week now and are very pleased with both the equipment and Locke's service before, during, and after the installation. We highly recommend Locke's for your HVAC needs. You can trust them to stand behind their work and stay on the job until you're completely satisfied.
