They have set a high bar for themselves in the areas of quality service and integrity, and they have never let me down. This is true for the most recent, yesterday, maintenance visit. It even started with the call for making the appointment. The young lady in the office (and, being old and senile, I don't remember her name) who makes the appointment calls and answers the phone is a real asset. The tone she sets with her cheerful and pleasant attitude sets the tone for the call, and creates exactly the first impression that any business wants their customers to experience. Then, when Keegan shows up to do the service call, he is pleasant, explains everything that he's doing, and then proceeds to do it well. I highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. I am surprised at the low-rated reviews I have seen. That has not been my experience at all. Those low ratings are from people who really do not use Yelp much so please take them with a grain of salt; some people only use yelp to complain. They have friendly experienced staff who stay. They sell Carrier's top line of products on down to other moderate systems based on your needs. They have an annual service contract worth signing up for that gives you free semi-annual check ups, priority emergency service, and discounts on some things. I am glad they serve southern Wakulla county now since that's where I am now. I really appreciate the long drive it takes for them to get to a loyal customer.

They wanted to charge $325 "because it was a weekend". I explained It's a new unit less than 2 years old... they went back and forth with me not wanting to respond until a week day without charging me. This is extremely frustrating. This company had no regard for me being without air conditioning in Florida with an eight month old at home. They were more concerned about it being a weekend and only wanting to send someone on a week day. I'd choose a different company all together if looking for a new system or maintenance.
