    I've gone twice in the past week for something or another and they're so incredibly nice there…read more For one thing, dumb me went in through the entrance where the FedEx pick-up truck was and rather than have me move, they moved and let me park. For another, Liz has attended me both times, and she is efficient and welcoming. Seriously was in and out both times in five minutes flat. As for what I sent out, the first was a care package with fragile items that arrived in one piece. The second a letter that will be arriving later in the week. I've no doubt everything will go swimmingly. I mean, so far everything has, and minus one incident years ago with FedEx, I've never had any issues with this chain whatsoever.

However, my package is going to a government office and they are very specific on how the address must be written or it gets returned to me. She then complained about me within earshot to the next customer! She said, "There's always that one person trying to tell you how to do your job." There's no excuse for talking about a customer to other customers. I smiled. I didn't raise my voice. I send a lot of packages at that location and she was just nasty to me. When I asked the other employee in the building if there was a manager name or business card I could have, she told me I needed to leave. Terrible, terrible customer service at this location. It used to be great. Not anymore.

Because of tragic events (plane crash) in the UPS network routed through Louisville, KY, my shipment was delayed for days and I knew I would miss the original home delivery window due to pre-planned travel. UPS customer service had pre-cleared a hold for my package at a local UPS location and confidently guaranteed that it would be held there until I returned from a trip. When I woke up this morning, I found that the package was suddenly marked as "returning to sender." This is not an ordinary package. It contains wine worth several thousand dollars and it is perishable in heat and during additional transit. When I called the UPS Store on Mahan, they were completely nonchalant. The young woman who answered and the gentleman she was working with refused to even look up my tracking number. They repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do and would not take the simple step of checking whether the package was still there so that I could send someone to pick it up on my behalf. To make matters worse, UPS customer service specifically directed me to work with this local store to resolve the issue and hold the package. The store simply refused to help at all. No effort to problem solve, no empathy for the situation, and no interest in protecting an expensive and time sensitive shipment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of basic customer service and unwillingness to even pull up a tracking number at this location was unacceptable.

STUNK is an understatement. Smells like damp mildew socks. Called on Monday, was told all drapes cleaned need at least 3 days to air out......... Well it is Tuesday, have tried everything and they stink horribly and are ruined. I have had drapes cleaned before and this is very horrible and unacceptable service ( drapes were new and first time cleaned) I would not recommend anyone using this place. If there are any good reviews must be from other friends or relatives honestly. You guys need to find a different business to go into

Also, there was a serious wrinkle in the jacket. I got so upset because that was a bland new suit. Of cause, I expected they would apologize me at least. However, they told a lie rather than apology. They said that there were already damaged before they pick them up. However, that does not make sense. I surely remember that there were no wrinkles or damages in the suit before they pick them up. Also, if there were serious wrinkle and damages, they should have refused to pick them up at first. However, the owner or manager (an old male) is very rude and keeps lying. Also, his daughter and son-in-law are acting the same as he. How terrible family is! Because of this, I strongly refuse to recommend Blue Ribbon Cleaners to others.
