It now says it is coming April 14 and after speaking with many representatives, including supervisors, not only could it be delayed more, but the warranty started as soon as I ordered it, even though I don't have physical custody of the item. Went back in several times only for them to tell me that they don't know what's going on and it probably was broken from the get go. Later found out (after bringing phone to a real repair shop) that parts were missing inside and that this place was known to replace parts with used stuff. My phone was reset when I got it back (one of the times) making it true that they synced my phone and switched it with another one. Horrible horrible service, would not recommend either places for service or anything at that matter. Bring a translator for the Apalachee pkwy location.
