Currently relocating from Connecticut to Hawaii and need lots of boxes shipped. I tried a FedEx and was turned off by the grumpy manager. Used the post office, but they're not really set-up to handle a dozen boxes plus picture frames and a bike to be packed. Unfortunately can't review negative- I guess the best I can do is this and what I've done (reported the altercation to the police) but not even a customer for the store just the plaza today a driver was blocking the way to maneuver the parking lot by being nose to nose with a Penske truck (apparently the supervisor? Idk?) I wanted to park get my caffeine and go on my merry way but I can be patient I'm sure he'll back up soon- I was mistaken. I see a car beside me turn in their reverse lights and back up so they can exit they did not but that's ok I probably would not have put myself in between us either. The ups driver decides he's not backing up he backs up less than a foot then guns at 20+mph in the rain straight for me. I nail on my horn cuz 'wtf man' he doesn't slow down until it's a hard stop inches from the front of my car. He then climbs out of his truck and comes at me from my passenger window he's shouting at me until I'm shaking fibally I get done you want to talk to my supervisor' I told him I was calling the police for wreckless driving and verbal assault. Now he knows how to reverse he backs off and leaves pretty quickly I park and call the state police to report the driver. There was no reason to approach my car or myself if he could have backed out the whole time. At no point had I attempted to rush or approach him, although my passenger did share this 'you disrespectful fuck don't you talk to a lady like that try and intimidate her again and I will knock your teeth in' It did get the aggressive driver to leave though. I went to this ups store this morning on 7/16/16 to drop off a package I had to return by that day before noon. I had never been to this location before (or any ups store really) but it was great. Nothing extravagant happened, not even anything really out of the ordinary but the lady that waited on me was SO NICE. It honestly set the tone for my whole day, and I couldn't stop thinking about how nice it was to start off my day dealing with someone who was so pleasant and helpful.
