Stopped into this location for the first time today and was throughly impressed. I went to drop off a pre-labeled package. The staff were quick to help and super friendly. Didn't have to wait in a line at all. Noticed they are open on Saturday's. Parking was sufficient. This will be my go to location from now on. read more

Go to Postal Annex by Kroger! Dropped off a package at 2:00 p.m. and paid the additional fees for overnight delivery! Now finding out that the package was not picked up by UPS until the next day and that added an additional day to the delivery time. I paid $$$$ for overnight delivery. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! In response to owner: I have the right location and yes a package was not picked up overnight. Ups global stated the package was picked up on 6/19 and the receipt from ups store is dated 6/18 at 2:00 pm. read more

The service at this UPS store is horrible! Recently I attempted to return an Amazon order in the package in which it was delivered. The clerk in the UPS store said the package was "not appropriate" and that I needed to buy one of their shipping boxes for $4. Today, I attempted to return a Banana Republic order and was told by the same clerk that I needed to pay $1 for the package to be properly taped. I told her that was very poor customer service and walked out! I'm going to find another UPS store to use even if it is not nearby! read more

I'm very, very pleased with this store's service. I rent a mailbox there and the prices for that are very reasonable. I never worry about packages being stolen or mishandled. The staff is very responsive, courteous and friendly. It's expensive to ship, but it's expensive anywhere. I highly recommend this UPS. read more

I literally got charge $20 for a printing label for a Amazon return When I went back to read the Amazon return label it said I didn't need to do anything but take it in ups so they could scan it through my phone and once I got there they said they charge for everything this UPS store is a rip off and thieves. Overpriced!! Went in to ship a kids jersey to a friend that had left it at my house, and $26 dollars later it will be there in the next 3-5 days. HORRENDOUSLY EXPENSIVE! Took a 5 lb shipment to be boxed and ground shipped. These guys quotes $69.54! Almost $70 stinking dollars, so I left. Took the shipment 4 miles down the road to another UPS store. They boxed and shipped the stuff for $36.54. Almost twice as expensive here. These people basically steal from you. read more

It's not the guys fault at all to start they offer great service here but to charge $3.50 (plus tax I'm sure) to print out a label? That's too much - I can understand $.50 to maybe a dollar but $3.50 for one piece of paper to tape to a box is just insane to me. Other option is $2.50 to use their stand and an extra $.10 to print the sheet. Just not cool. read more

Worst place ever. They charge 3.55 per single normal black n white print. They charge for the broken computer per mints it use to get a print out Went couple of times. Both times they over charge like crazy way. It's slow computer and very purposely to take money from the customers. The staff is mean n don't care Do nor use this place. This store has poor customer service. Their charges are more than other stores. The store further down Rayford closer to 45 is s much better! My returns to Amazon with the label but no box that UPS is authorized to receive - 6 never made it to Amazon. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off my son's graduation announcements last Friday, 5/4/18, to be mailed. Big mistake! I paid and left the envelopes with Brandon. They were all going within the state of Texas. Thank goodness I had my return address on all the announcements. As of Thursday 5/10, my parents in Conroe said they had not received the envelope. I asked other family members if they had received my mail, and they had not. I figured something was wrong, so I called and talked to Brandon Thursday. He assured me he had ran all the envelopes through the meter and if they didn't have a stamp I would have already received them back. When I checked my mail Thursday evening, guess what? Several of my so called stamped envelopes were in my box with "returned for postage." This afternoon I took my receipt and a few of the return to sender envelopes to show him that they did not have postage. He had the nerve to tell me that there was postage even though he couldn't show me where it was on the red envelopes. I had to argue with him that there was no postage. I requested a book of stamps in order to put stamps on the returns that are now trickling into my mailbox. He wanted to charge me another $2 for the stamps verses my refund. He never apologized or admitted that he had dropped the ball. I don't think I should've had to pay the $2. It's the principle- not the money. Horrible customer service! I asked to speak to the manager, but he said he was the "manager." Note: If you drop off mail, make sure you buy the stamps and put them on yourself, or watch them run your mail through the meter. I never write yelp reviews, but the way he dismissed his mistake and bickered with me is unacceptable and frustrating in my opinion. read more
