They have ample parking and the store, while fairly small, is light, airy and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a good team spirit, and this shows in everything they do. You are always greeted with a smile and their sense of humor sometimes is reflected by the sign outside (sometimes boring and business-like, for instance "All of our notaries have the required 2016 stamp" to some tongue in cheek humorous and timely comment - always worth a glance as you drive by :) ) Their efficiency is reflected in the fact that I am always in and out very quickly because they guide me, pull up shipping addresses I have used before etc and everything just flows smoothly. Every now and again you need a Notary Public - this is the place to go! I get the impression that all the staff there are certified and it is always a breeze. The lady (possibly the owner?) went out of her way to give me a good quote among FedEx, UPS and a host of other shippers, putting the shipment in an envelope just the right size to help me keep the cost down. It was clear that she has repeat clients, as a regular in cowboy boots came in just after me. I liken it to PostalAnnex or the UPS Store, as she has a wall of shipping supplies, a machine for getting keys made, mailboxes for rent and also a large-format printer. There are also notary services available. But the lady seemed as sweet (and thorough) as ever!
