You can't fax off yourself. So if you want anything like that done you have to email them your documents and then they will print and fax for you. Im not too crazy about that bc if you have sensitive information then this definitely won't work for you. However, they are convenient in a pinch and get the job done. Plus it's usually always quick, like under ten minutes so I'm all for it.
