Called this location this morning. Asked if I could have a set of blueprints scanned to a flash…read moredrive today, 5 pages in total. Was told if I get them there before noon then they'd have them done asap within an hour. So I drive 17 minutes and get there at 11:30am for the lady at the counter to tell me that they'd have them done tomorrow (Saturday) then tells me they're not open on weekends. Then she says sometime Monday or Tuesday. Said their workload was too big today... I was the only truck in the parking lot and the only customer inside. Not to mention they said 17 minutes before hand on the phone that they'd have this service done within an hour if I came in before noon which I did. Don't waste your time. Taking them to another location to have them done while I wait.

Stopped by to have 3 simple Real Estate signs made. They were helpful with suggestions. Problem…read moreis they are expensive for the service you get, slow and did not even make all three signs correctly. Had a verification process that art was done correctly. It was not ready when told. Had to email to ask where it was. Finally got to me next day. It was not written out correctly. Made note of changes, sent back to them. They acknowledged correction. Then made signs. 2 correct 1 incorrect. Had signs picked up and installed. When went to check installation noticed that sign was not made correctly. Not to mention of course they were not ready on time. When I notified that sign was made incorrectly. Their solution is to bring it back. And they will fix. It is already installed. Now, they want me to pay for having it uninstalled, take it back to them. Wait for Alphagraphics to do it correctly. Then pay to have it picked back up and reinstalled. How about you do your job correctly the first time. Do yourself a favor. Use different Company. Overpriced, slow and incorrect work.
