On another occasion I had a package that there was some question about the QR code and the manager actually called the company for me and let me speak with them to clarify. He told me the least expensive method was to use FedEx. When I POLITELY pointed out that it was a flat rate box (with a less expensive shipping price than I was being quoted) he puts a hand on his hip and says, "Yeah, if you go to the post office. We're not them." I returned later to get a key made and luckily got someone else to help, although ultimately I wasn't able to get the key either. At least he was reasonably human. I wasn't upset by the lack of service, but there is an appropriate way to speak to potential customers. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because I haven't had this issue before.
