They are refusing to stand behind there improper packaging. I am now out over $700.00 because they failed to do the job I hired them to do. I do not and would not ever recommend this FedEx location to ever ship anything. This is not the way to do business. I paid twice for there mistake to my customer because it was the right thing to do. Twin Branch was also paid twice by me to do the job and did not do it correctly. They are refusing to compensate me for any of there wrong doing. I have reported them to the BBB and FedEx for this wrong doing. And will be reporting them to the Consumer Protection Agency also.
