    Here's the Scoop: I use this location often. I thought I reviewed it already. So let's get started. The customer service is very quick. I never have to wait on line. There's is always more than one person ready to take your package weigh it and you're done in about 5-10 minutes depending on your package size and number of packages. I love this location and will continue to use it. It's shelves are well stocked with package mailers and all types of decorative boxes. So if you're ever in the area if Smithtown UPS give them a try. Always courteous friendly quick service with a smile

    I am there almost everyday the guys there hustle for the amount of traffic that comes in they get it done

Your response in itself speaks volumes about your company. Also, you may wish to get your facts corrected, as I requested cancelation of my account due to your poor customer service and not the other way around. For you to think that you "released us" is a laugh. There are dozens of freight forwarders like you around and they will happily have our business.

Then a few months ago, I received a bill for duties. I showed Globegistics via a screenshot that we shipped it DDU and was credited. No mention of the service being discontinued. Then two days ago, I get another duties bill for a DDU package and questioned it, and was then credited. Then I get a condescending email from the sales rep telling me that they've graciously credited me for the duties, but that non-USPS DDU doesn't exist anymore. This was literally the first time this information was communicated to me.. AND the service is still available in Shipstation for their company. If you contact customer service, they will do what you can do - which is look up tracking and parrot back what it says. If you have a problem with a package, you're on your own. I had an issue where a package showed in a UK post office and my customer walked several miles to that post office to pick it up, but the package could not be found. I contacted Globegistics customer service and they just told me tracking says it's there. They wouldn't contact the post office directly or do anything to help me or my customer. I expressed my displeasure in an email (sternly worded, but not profane) and ended up a couple weeks later with my time wasted on a phone call with an upper level manager who after 20 minutes of pointlessness tells me that I can't "yell" at their employees. I could only laugh. I had never talked to any of them on the phone. I asked if he understood he was talking about an email - he did not. I told him to review the emails and then get back to me once he actually knows what is going on. I have never heard back from him. This *could* be a great company and a great service - but with poor communication and unmotivated customer service employees, it's only tolerable.

I don't quite remember how I found him the first time about four years ago, but there's no forgetting them once you see their work. The logo design industry seem to be polluted with "designers" that use basic free online software that does little more than let you choose from a small selection of clip art, pick a color, add some text, and BOOM! They charge you $300 for terrible amateur work that probably took them 2 minutes. With Anthony and Benjamin Marc, you know you're getting a logo that you can be proud of.. built from the ground up out of pure skill and imagination. The results are stunning. They load your meta tags or whatever into an algorithmic program that is sure to get you "black-hatted" by Google. I came upon Anthony and Benjamin Marc via a local Google search, and there he was at the top of the page. I figured if he could do it for his own company, he could do it for me, and he did--all through methods approved by Google. Anthony took his time with me to explain the process by which Google qualifies website content to give me a better understanding of the whys and hows.
