I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. I simply had my item already boxed and the UPS Store clerk scanned my bar code and printed the label, took my box, placed the label and it was good to go. (And I received my refund notification from Amazon). I had to search on my Amazon account for my bar code that I had initiated with the return process and the clerk was very friendly and said not to rush as it's such an easy flow. She clearly has experienced with this. I was pretty surprised to see as much traffic going on here. Someone was finishing up when I got there, and another person was coming in right when I finished. Go figure! There are of course the various supplies to ship items such as boxes of different sizes, envelopes, packing material, tape, labels, etc. They even had some cards.
