Perfect location, clean and organized store. Just confusing here. I went to mail - USPostal Service my grandson a children's book. It was in an envelope already addressed. I was told they only have 2 ways to use the USPS - label or stamp and the envelope with the book would work for either. Seriously? I'm not one to write fully negative reviews. Typically there's always a least one positive but not here. Actually, the one positive takeaway was from a random stranger. This ups is located in the shopping center with kroger, cvs, a Mexican restaurant, gas station & a whole lot of other businesses. So even though there is a huge parking lot spaces are limite in front of UPS. I had a huge package so I waited for a front parking space, lucky I waited only a minute or two before someone backed out of their spot. Again, my package was huge so I knew it would be a bit of a struggle. I'm not a big person (5'2) and my package was over 50 pounds. I got my box out of the car and decided pushing would be the best option. Mind you it's the middle of the day and I am pushing a big box and the male worker at the desk is watching me fight to open their front door. Thankfully this super nice man walked up to me and offered his help. I asked him to hold the door open for me and I could push it the rest of the way. Very grateful for this man because he looked like he was on his way to lunch and stopped just to help me. So I get in the store and the man says what do you need. No hello or anything. Okay whatever. I tell him I'm sending this package off and give him my return slip. Apparently my package was not tapped to UPS standards so I was charged for a tape up($2). The man then tells me I need to lift my package on the counter so it can be weighed. I tell him this is over 50 pounds and you saw me pushing it in. I clearly can't lift this. He says well it has to be weighed and if you can lift it I can try and grab a corner and help. His idea of helping was standing on the opposite side of the counter and grabbing the top flap of the box while I struggled with lifting this box on a. Counter that was higher than my waist. He weighs the box and says 56 pounds. Well duh sir. That's why I couldn't lift it and you were literally no help. The customer service here was non existent. Worst UPS ever. Don't waste your money here, these guys charge you $3 to just print a label if you just need to ship a package which is absurd.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Where do I start! They're extremely overpriced, they charge for everything. Of course there is a cost to fax but $3 for a cover sheet, even if you print it at home and bring for them to fax...Really?!!! They're rude, I now ONLY utilize their services to return Amazon packages, and I can honestly say, I've only received one "hello." I was embarrassed for a employee the manager was training. The way he was being spoken to was completely unacceptable. No wonder they have a high turnover rate! The last time I was there was to mail a small envelope/package, about 1 inch thick and weighed 1/2 lb. When I was quoted $23 to mail it from Savannah to Ludowici, GA, all I could do was laugh. I probably could've driven there and back for less than that! I now go to the post office ! read more

**My review is based solely on the experience dealing with the manager/owner when a package I shipped got lost, no comment on pricing or other services as I believe they are company wide** I mailed a personal package around the holidays which unfortunately ended up getting lost in transit. Throughout the process of filing a claim, coordinating with customer service and the claims/investigation department, the manager Nikki was kind, professional and courteous in helping me. Since it was shipped by the store and therefore through the store's shipping account, I was reliant on the store to help coordinate with the UPS investigation team. They were always helpful and responsive. This experience aside, we have used this store for our shipping needs due to its convenience and proximity to our home. Easy to find, clean and friendly. Needed to pop in to drop off a return. I called beforehand because I wasn't sure of the location. And the lady that answered was super friendly and easy to speak with. Once in.. there was a line but it was organized and clean. everyone was spaced apart and standing on their 6ft apart circle for COVID and had a mask on. It's was pretty quick. In and out experience. I visit this UPS store several times a month and every time I am amazed at the customer service, attention to detail, and effecient of this staff/organization. Charging $1 for tape is ridiculous, this place always has long lines and only 1 person working at the counter every time I go.

The professionalism and the kindness of the staff is amazing. Very patient assisting the customers' with their request. I needed documents copied from my smart phone and they walked me through the process and made sure the documents I needed photo copied were the correct ones as one document that needed to be copied was mixed with other documents I did not need to copy. All this was accompanied with grace and a friendly smile. I salute this facility. read more

I was in the store a few months ago where I heard the owner screaming and yelling @ an elderly black man. It was so rude, demeaning and unprofessional. The client clearly didn't understand a request and it could've been taken care of in a kind manner. I'll never come back here again! Also, I saw them charging ppl fir something as little as tape. My husband arrived 15 minutes before closing to drop off a package (postage was already attached, it was an easy drop off) to find the door locked, lights off, and store already closed for the day. Very frustrating when we planned our afternoon around arriving before they closed. read more

I do not wanna hate on the store and someone's hard earned business, but I had somewhat of a tumultuous experience that I have to be truthful about. I did ultimately end up getting helped, but I took a long process. The lady behind the counter pretty much yelled at me on how to pull up the return address on Amazon, however I kept telling her that it was not on there. I don't know if she did not believe me, but when she looked for herself then she realized. I did not appreciate her loud talking and at one point even told her to shush down. I had more than one package and had to go to my car so then the second time I was helped I was helped by the man behind the counter. He was obviously new and kept running into problems that the lady had to keep coming over and fix. I can be patient with that, but I am not patient when he kept helping other customers while I was standing at the counter waiting. He let at least two people cut in front of me because he thought their transaction was going to be quick. Well, I stood in line just like everyone else, twice! I asked him eventually to stop helping other customers before he finished me. I thought that was very rude. Ultimately, I got helped, but it was a stressful visit. read more

This store is an embarrassment to decency. I took in a package (return to Amazon), prepaid by Amazon in the original box ready to be shipped. The gentleman said it needed more tape and wanted $5 to reseal the box. WTF? I took the box and found another UPS store ( Hwy 21) who not only accepted as it was, but shared other horror stories they had heard about this store. These are franchises and thankfully this operator only owns one, he should sell it. read more

The UPS Store worker was always stamping her feet whenever they would letter. Is this thing on? I liked the visits that I have had to this UPS store. I have been here numerous times and have noticed the workers to be pleasant, honest and willing to help. We always expect that of places so I don't mind stating it when it is evident. This location even does fingerprints, if you need that done too. I breezed in even though I expected a wait and after getting my prints entered in I left as fast as I arrived. The best part I found out and used was the opportunity to return items to Comcast, no need to box them up, I just came in and handed those items over and after getting my receipt the return process for Comcast was over. I figured that since the UPS Store was closer to me that I should drop in. I still don't know where the Comcast turn in point is and I don't care I like how fast this was. read more

I sent my IRA rollover check via UPS. They lost it. Could not get a live person on the phone. Over a month later, tracking says an investigation has been opened. I guess Jesse White the old Maytag repairman is the investigator. I got the company to void check and reissue. Over a month later I went to the local franchisee. He was very nice and let me know he was doing me a "special favor" for refunding my money. He said to forget about any compensation for my lost income for the month. I had a last minute print job before Christmas, my normal print store was closed and I found the UPS Store in Kroger Berwick open. The staff was beyond helpful and did a great job; I was really impressed. I will be taking more of my print jobs to them in the future, as they have made me a believer! read more

Fast, friendly service. I was pleasently surprise to learn that you can have things notarized at UPS stores and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg like if you go to a bank you aren't an account holder with. This location also does fingerprinting for background checks through GAPS. read more

They have new staff, and in the last couple of years I have never had bad service. There are two college aged girls working most of the time. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. I am usually in and out in just a few minutes. I haven't seen the rude employee from my original review there in a very long time. Oddly enough, she appeared to be in her 50s and new employees are in their early 20s, but they are much more professional and genuinely helpful. read more

They helped me find a box that would fit my item, and they were fast and efficient. I was in and out in no time, and my package arrived in its destination even earlier than expected. A very poor experience at this location, employees perpetrate fraud on customers. Overnight delivers paid for in full and packages don't arrive in 24 hours, instead arrive in 48. I am happy that the packages did arrive but not happy they didn't arrive in the 24 hour time frame I was promised. When I asked to be reimbursed for the difference between the two delivery times, the manager refused. read more
