We are selling our house out of state and opted to do a mail-away closing. I wanted a receipt because of the time time sensitivity and importance of the documents so, I found myself in need of a FedEx store. I wasn't aware of a location near me but after a quick online search found Quik Pack, which is an authorized FedEx location. When I went in, the place was very clean and spacious. It was under 3 miles away so I headed there! When I arrived, it was a little hard to find because there are no outward hanging signs but I found the store after driving about midway down the plaza because of the door lettering. There was plenty of parking. It was very clean and smelled great! There were plenty of envelopes for me to choose from and the owner was extremely helpful. He walked me through my options and made a suggestion on what would work best for me. We had a really good conversation. I got a receipt and term firmed my package was delivered I expected. Drop boxes are great when time and delivery confirmation aren't as critical but it was great to know that I have a store close to me with great customer service that I can now go to.

Gladys told me it would take a half hour, She said you can get it faster in the copy area. I asked can you show me how to do that, I'm a veteran from out of town & not familiar with your system here. Gladys said just follow the prompts & it will walk you thru it. There was no other customers there when I came in print area. Another employee came over when one other customer walked up. Wonderful but the question remains why would my printer not print ...welllll... yes the three colors are out but I have black ink still so what's the problem? Cameron (printer angel) explains (nicely) even printing black little bits of color are still used so need color cartridges in there too. So I bought 3 colors. I use S & J, in spite of the fact that they are all the way across the country from me because: They are completely competitive in price with anyone -including the largest companies They pay attention to details -they recognize problems when they occur and fix them. I've had one large company print jackets WITH THE TEMPLATE LAYER STILL ON! 1000 CDs showed up with the word "TEMPLATE" on top of the art on the front! Are they even looking at these jobs? I can't imagine this type of error ever coming out of S&J. They actually look at the work and will question anything that looks odd to them. Personal attention -I deal with the owner, Jeff Fravela, who actually works on my jobs. He calls me when there's a problem and will work with me to make the job right. (Some of these big companies will make you reload all your files when all that has to be done is nudging an element over a pixel or a layer turned off) Jeff takes care of the simple stuff that I can't believe some of these other companies will throw back in my lap. I like dealing with a small, private/family-owned company I've done half a dozen CDs with S&J now and they are my go to shop. This company rocks.

Drove 3 hours from Southwest Georgia to get here. Nothing really came out of emails and Facebook…read moremessages. When we got here, this warehouse seemed to be manned by a couple of guys. Very accommodating, they let us use their packaging tape and pen. Since we didn't have a box, we brought the goods for shipping in large tote bags and proceeded to arrange everything in the box they gave us. Transaction was quick and painless. I have nothing against UMAC but we trust LBC more with provincial courier service. Will be back here soon!
