I haven't had a bad experience here, and I've returned MANY things. The lady owner is usually who I deal with, and she's always helpful. I forgot my phone one time, and she had someone help me right away on one of their computers to help me get to my emails to get my return code. I have been a customer of this store for over five years and am happy to give it 5 stars and my review: 1) Above all other factors, Mr. Patel and his store staff are the friendliest, most efficient and most professional people to work with. 2) They go out of their way to provide excellent service, which includes being able to package just about any size and shape of object; reasonable charges, and when needed, they will stay open a few minutes extra for the last customer. 3) The store has copying and faxing services, as well as mailing/shipping supplies, greeting cards, etc. 4) Convenient location 5) Bears repeating that it's always a pleasure for me to go there, get my mailing needs completed and chat for a few minutes with Mr. Patel, time permitting. I usually do not come to this location because I go to the one in katy. Since I was in town I decided to drop off some packages. Worst decision ever! The short lady with glasses is soo rude. She would cut me off before I could finish a sentence. It seemed like she did not want to do her job and she was so annoyed speaking over everyone. When I handed her my packages I was unaware that some needed to be packaged up (Amazon guidelines) I didn't read the print and she basically threw them back at me telling me that she could not accept it and I understood I told her sorry I didn't even know Amazon required you to package things up. She told me "well that's amazons requirements so don't tell me anything" and I wasn't going to tell her anything I was just letting her know I was unaware anyways the packages she could take she grunted and rolled her eyes handing them off to another employee. This location needs to be better. Honestly worst service I've ever gotten. They need a new staff asap. read more

My package was scheduled to be delivered by 10:30 am this morning. I called ups customer (800) # & was informed my drop off location failed to get it processed on time so it can make the next day delivery. Therefore my package will arrive to its destination tomorrow morning. Had it been a simple gift, I wouldn't mind. This was a legal document and time sensitive. I still will use UPS, having said that, this location was very polite & courteous, very sweet people, but it's the principle. I paid for next day delivery at 10:30 am, not two day delivery. Ever since the new owners took over a year or so ago I leave there upset. It's the closest one to my house (with in 5 miles), but I will drive farther to get better service. Most of the employees are rude and barely speak English. I wanted to ship a package to Austin, no rush, just regular shipping. They overnighted it and charged me insurance when I told them not to. I also tried to ship something I had made to my grandmother in Nebraska and I needed them to pack it for me. They broke it and then tried to fix it with scotch tape, told me don't worry this will fix it! Not even close. Very unhappy. read more

I love UPS in general. I have yet to have a negative experience (so yea, this review is pretty bias). I have shipped envelopes via UPS before, but today was my first time sending boxes. I came in the store with separate things for 3 of my family members, with a note for each, and all of their names/addresses on a piece of paper. I had no clue what I was doing, all I knew is that I wanted it mailed for the cheapest option possible. The gentleman at the counter did exactly that and was incredibly kind. He answered all my curious questions about how pricing works, all with a smile! I left feeing more educated about their business and the process of shipping. Plus, I was helped immediately. Nice location (in 77471) but the woman behind the counter is rude and does not have any customer service skill. She talks to customer in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Immediately told me, "ok, I am not responsible if something breaks, you don't have the original box from amazon. What about asking first, "mam, do you have the original box from amazon? then I can tell her that the original box is so huge for this tiny clipper so I cannot use it because it had a baby stroller and amazon decided to ship two items to me in one huge box. The guy working with her kept on coaching her, "just wrap it and tape it" but that rude woman told me again, "I am not responsible if something breaks, you complain to amazon!"
