Really rude customer service. First time using ups for Amazon return. Amazon should consider using a different company for returns.

I come here often due to the nature of my business, I have to return a lot....I absolutely love this place, they are extremely efficient and the line always moves fast, they absolutely know what they r doing. The couple is super friendly and all employees are always on top of things. They definitely make my visits enjoyable. read more

Jonathan @ store 5972 provided EXCELLENT customer service for me today. Very patient with those of us computer illiterates. I'll be back!

The owner canceled my PO Box and started returning my mail 3 weeks before the date I paid through and then rented it to someone else. Avoid this location read more

Professional, courteous, clean, and very efficient. Thank you!

Owners Asia, Megha and employees are very nice and so helpful. They have fast and speedy service. I have had multiple packages delivered and got every single one. It could be days in between and I know everything is still going to be fine. I would recommend people to get mailbox, copies anything you need they can do read more

I haven't had a bad experience here, and I've returned MANY things. The lady owner is usually who I deal with, and she's always helpful. I forgot my phone one time, and she had someone help me right away on one of their computers to help me get to my emails to get my return code. I don't know what the bad reviews are about, but I personally have been happy with the service read more

I recently moved into this area and I've been going to this local ups for a while now. I just wanted to say that the whole entire staff has been very kind and respectful towards me and they've also very helpful. Great vibes at the store! read more

Worst customer service. They charge for absolutely everything they possibly can. It's worth it to go elsewhere if possible. Avoid this store

Excellent customer service. I needed some print outs for a memorial service and they went above and beyond to help me. Would highly recommend this store. read more

This place has top notch service and have been using them for a couple of years now. I even had them ship a sewing machine to my niece across the country and it arrived in perfect condition thanks to their great packing skills. read more

Very rude to customers with how they speak to them. Witness them do it to someone in line while I waited and also to someone had a mailbox there. I was there just to drop a package off and what do you know it seemed like the most complicated process in the world! The woman who I believe is the wife of the owner is TERRIBLE! I will never go back! read more

The manager offered excellent customer service. He help me package a larger item that couldn't fit in a box.

I have been a customer of this store for over five years and am happy to give it 5 stars and my review: 1) Above all other factors, Mr. Patel and his store staff are the friendliest, most efficient and most professional people to work with. 2) They go out of their way to provide excellent service, which includes being able to package just about any size and shape of object; reasonable charges, and when needed, they will stay open a few minutes extra for the last customer. 3) The store has copying and faxing services, as well as mailing/shipping supplies, greeting cards, etc. 4) Convenient location 5) Bears repeating that it's always a pleasure for me to go there, get my mailing needs completed and chat for a few minutes with Mr. Patel, time permitting. He is a wonderful warm-hearted man, a terrific businessman and an absolute expert on the complex business of UPS logistics. read more

Very rude! Dont do business with them. Would not accept return until it was boxed but I dropped something off the day before that wasn't boxed and they took it. Drive to the one in sugar land. They aren't rude!! read more

I usually do not come to this location because I go to the one in katy. Since I was in town I decided to drop off some packages. Worst decision ever! The short lady with glasses is soo rude. She would cut me off before I could finish a sentence. It seemed like she did not want to do her job and she was so annoyed speaking over everyone. When I handed her my packages I was unaware that some needed to be packaged up (Amazon guidelines) I didn't read the print and she basically threw them back at me telling me that she could not accept it and I understood I told her sorry I didn't even know Amazon required you to package things up. She told me "well that's amazons requirements so don't tell me anything" and I wasn't going to tell her anything I was just letting her know I was unaware anyways the packages she could take she grunted and rolled her eyes handing them off to another employee. This location needs to be better. Honestly worst service I've ever gotten. They need a new staff asap. read more

I have been a customer of this store for going on 2 years. The service is personal and exceptional. The hours are good and rarely a wait time. The staff are quick and efficient. The owner works in the store so problems when they come up or work flow issues get resolved immediately. Love having a mailbox here and skipping the delivery at my house with all the complications home deliveries bring! Thank you Store #402... Sincerely, Valrie Emery read more

Great customer service! They always go above and beyond! They helped us with our Amazon returns after closing hours! Awesome people!!

The owners are always really helpful! I'm always just in & out plus super convenient location.

My package was scheduled to be delivered by 10:30 am this morning. I called ups customer (800) # & was informed my drop off location failed to get it processed on time so it can make the next day delivery. Therefore my package will arrive to its destination tomorrow morning. Had it been a simple gift, I wouldn't mind. This was a legal document and time sensitive. I still will use UPS, having said that, this location was very polite & courteous, very sweet people, but it's the principle. I paid for next day delivery at 10:30 am, not two day delivery. "The principle" Based on customer service alone 5 stars, based on the principle 3 stars read more

Ever since the new owners took over a year or so ago I leave there upset. It's the closest one to my house (with in 5 miles), but I will drive farther to get better service. Most of the employees are rude and barely speak English. I wanted to ship a package to Austin, no rush, just regular shipping. They overnighted it and charged me insurance when I told them not to. I also tried to ship something I had made to my grandmother in Nebraska and I needed them to pack it for me. They broke it and then tried to fix it with scotch tape, told me don't worry this will fix it! Not even close. Very unhappy. read more

I love UPS in general. I have yet to have a negative experience (so yea, this review is pretty bias). I have shipped envelopes via UPS before, but today was my first time sending boxes. I came in the store with separate things for 3 of my family members, with a note for each, and all of their names/addresses on a piece of paper. I had no clue what I was doing, all I knew is that I wanted it mailed for the cheapest option possible. The gentleman at the counter did exactly that and was incredibly kind. He answered all my curious questions about how pricing works, all with a smile! I left feeing more educated about their business and the process of shipping. Plus, I was helped immediately. Great location. Awesome customer service. read more

Quick fast friendly service. Was sent to the UPS store by the post office. They didn't know where it was, good thing for google maps. Friendly place, if I need anything shipped, I will go here from now on. read more

Completely unnecessary to be so rude to me...Asis Patel (I took his business card) was so mean to me that I just had to ask him if I had offended him in some way. I will gladly drive an extra five minutes to take my business elsewhere. People who treat others this way are a major part of what's wrong with our society today. Genuinely upset at my experience here as a customer. read more

Nice location (in 77471) but the woman behind the counter is rude and does not have any customer service skill. She talks to customer in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Immediately told me, "ok, I am not responsible if something breaks, you don't have the original box from amazon. What about asking first, "mam, do you have the original box from amazon? then I can tell her that the original box is so huge for this tiny clipper so I cannot use it because it had a baby stroller and amazon decided to ship two items to me in one huge box. The guy working with her kept on coaching her, "just wrap it and tape it" but that rude woman told me again, "I am not responsible if something breaks, you complain to amazon!" I told her 2x there is nothing to break and that the vendor shipped that item to me just like that. read more

I have had my mailbox with them for 3 years and I drive in from Wharton to keep it there. They are super friendly and curious and always go the extra mile for me. I receive many packages for work and I know they will always be safe and held for me, which I appreciate with my hectic schedule. Very affordable and will always call when several packages arrive. read more
