Never use this store for any of your delivery needs. They lie to your face about your package, charge you for services they do not follow through on, and then refuse to actually assist you when you realize they have lied to you for 3 weeks about a package being delivered. 0/10 Manager was useless, ups claims is useless, customer service was non existent. read more

Needed to copy an important document which I e-mailed to the website. Needed a notary public and needed tracking on this document which was also sent. When I entered the store it was busy. All associates were helping customers when associate RONNIE asked How he could help me as I was next in line. He gave me the information I needed and I left. I appreciated seeing associates work so hard, no one standing around talking. This store is EXCELLENT! read more

Hi are used UPS store constantly, and sometimes it is just for returning things to Amazon, but they are always always polite and very attentive to their customers and as soon as I walk in, they have to help me and they help me figure out how to find on my iPhone app the code that I need if I don't have it printed on paper so this is definitely the best store in the ploys are wonderful. This UPS Store is close to my home, never had a problem with this location until last weekend. One of the store associates took my package and didnot ask me for a label. He kept saying that the seller requires a label for the package. He took the package and put it in plastic bag and never gave it back to me. The store supervisor told me to come back when that associate was there, so I thought I should call before going there. When I called the store supervisor was very rude and told me " you keep calling here, and we don't have you package" but why would keep calling , I'm not calling just for fun. These people are rude to customers. They need some customer service training, if you don't like your job go somewhere else and work. I am reporting them to UPS head quarters and praying that I get some results. The Manager's name is Greg, Greg this is not fair. read more

I visited UPS store on Buffalo Road today and it was quite busy but i received excellent Customer service from Devon. I needed some paperwork fromy email to be printed and Devon assisted me completely. The manager was great too. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I had to wait, but everyone was knowledgeable, customer friendly and professional. read more

We were treated very rudely when returning my first Amazon order. The owner and another staff member belittled my deaf Husband for not having the correct QR Code. He couldn't make out what they were asking him for. I went in and was treated worse than my Husband. I was told by the Amazon rep. to return item to UPS. I had printed the QR code, I was hoping someone at UPS could help me. My generic phone has no scanner, the owner inappropriately was very loud and embarrassed me in front of customers (one was my neighbor who got that nasty man on video). The owner proceeded to tell me that he'll put the QR code on the box, that I printed-UPS won't take it and in 6 months he'll bring it home and I won't get my refund. The video is making the rounds-I'm all for patronizing small businesses in our area, but we won't ever go back there. read more

I've always found the staff at the Buffalo Road location to be helpful. The only reason for not five stars, is that it seems each location is free to have their own pricing structure, and in one case for a small print job they were higher than Henrietta. Convenience being a factor, I chose Buffalo Road. I was particularly glad to find that there is a Notary Public on staff and that on a national holiday when the banks are closed, I could get an item notarized and faxed in one stop. Of course, had to pay for both vs. free elsewhere, but the convenience and availability is a big factor. read more

Not typical store I visit, but was close so went there. They charge $1 to print but $2 to print their own label. When I asked the associate helping me about it, a very unpleasant blonde woman working there interrupted to shove their policy in my face and explained all UPS do that, and that she'd "yell at any other UPS not doing that.".. was shocking and odd to be so aggressive and nasty... for a couple bucks. I'll never go back to that store, and recommend you try elsewhere too if you don't want to be treated poorly and overcharged. FYI - FedEx prints their own labels for free. read more

This is my go-to UPS because it was so close to home and my usual grocery spot. I do a lot of Amazon returns here. The staff are always so nice and quick to help with my needs. Sometimes the place can be a touch crowded if they just got a shipment of boxes but just maneuver around them. read more

Headed to UPS on Buffalo Road today. I go to this location because they are always efficient, polite and customer focused. Today I had the door opened for me by Ernie when he saw me coming in on crutches. Raj took care of my pkg and during our conversation said he remembered me coming in on other occasions. That is the kind of hometown service I love about this location! Every employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with has been gracious and very customer oriented!! Great job. read more

It's not really the best in terms of service and quality but won't can you really expect from a place where you usually just ship out packages and get printing help. I'm in and out of here for more or less than five minutes at the most but still, it could be much worse. I'll say good luck to those trying to find this location because it's hidden in the dead Westmar Plaza which is nearby both the Big Lots and a Mark's. It's not all that big on the inside and is usually dead no matter what day you visit. However, I only venture here to ship out packages so it really only comes down to the quality of the service. To be fair, some of the workers are nice and all but others really outright don't care and have a sullen attitude whenever you need their help. On the other hand, they aren't flat out rude or sassy so they aren't difficult to work with. I'd like to know why everyone is so depressed here but to be fair, they get done what needs to be done without any issues. With decent service by the staff and ok services, it's a solid and convenient location for anyone looking to get some packaging or shipping work completed in a short amount of toy. The only other complaint? This store just needs to be in a better location...the dying strip mall it sits in won't last forever. read more
