This place is a rip off. There has been multiple Instances where they overcharge or put you in a position to buy something. The most recent was when I had a Amazon return. On the Amazon website it asked me if I had a box and a return table. I said NO because it arrived in a plastic envelope and upon opening, the plastic envelope was too distorted to use again. Amazons system gave me a label. I arrived and Jamie the store Manager informed me they couldn't take the two T-shirts that way and I had to buy and envelope. Their packing envelopes are an average of $3.96 per self sealing envelope. Dollar Tree has them for $1.25. Since the last time I came here just to fax something my credit card company needed, it was insanely expensive and it was being faxed to a 1-800 number. They charged something like $3 a page. The bill was Approx $30. I would go to Staples in Cape May Courthouse for UPS instead. read more

You know that commercial where those turtles that love really slow things like snail mail and all? well, I found out where they work! Here, at the UPS Store. Yep, the Slowski's work there. It was unreal as the line got longer and longer after 5pm. The two older men working there did not have a bit of hustle. They took fooorever! And honestly, they didn't have a bit of personality. I'm sure they are nice, but not working fast to bring the line down is not great customer service. I was in there way too long. Hopefully, I will never need to go again. If you must, make sure you phone is charged up or bring a book. read more

Happy I chose this store. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a large messed up box to return a purchase and the let me borrow their tape gun to seal the box. Easy and pleasant experience. I had to wait in line because the people ahead of me had a ton of packages to mail and didn't seem to know much about shipping. They couldn't answer any questions about what was in the boxes. Once that group left, the line moved very quickly. The gentleman who waited on me was very courteous and it was a very fast transaction. Please don't fault the store for people in line who don't know what they're doing. read more

After I waited in line, the cashier measured my small plastic flatscreen tv, went to get a box in the back and came back and said "I forgot, we are not allowed to ship flat screens because they always break" Well, DUH! I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews for this store. Every time I go there for any needs (printing, shipping) they are so friendly and helpful! This is a horrible store. Purchased an item from an art gallery and with this stores negligence packing it incorrectly, the item was damaged in multiple places. If one is an expert is shipping, why would they package it in a single ply cardboard box. I've been getting the endless runaround for four months now.
