I tried to tell him the lady next to me just worked a 16 hour overnight shift at the hospital and he threw my packages down and went in the back after announcing now I was going to make everyone wait longer. I grabbed my packages and left. As a small business owner, I spend thousands of dollars at USPS a year. Now I will be moving to UPS. I understand stuff happens, but this was like he was acting with intent.

Even though they are the size of shirt boxes, I was able to mail home half my wardrobe - jeans, shirts, tees, tanks - all weighing at least 15 lbs/box but only paid $9/each.
