I…read morewent onto their website and filled out an entire form and The owner/manager not sure which called me back and set up an appointment. I told her we recently had some construction so she told me she would have to up the price. I came down to my Shore House and it was not nearly as clean as it should've been. Many things were not done which I have pictures for I Texted her telling her that I thought the cleaning was unacceptable and she called me with a three-way call with the cleaning lady who cleaned my house with her husband. The cleaning person to yell at me, and then she raised her voice to me also and told me that she doesn't have a website that go daddy must've set it up that she doesn't know anything about the prices on the website and that she told me that she asked me if I wanted to deep clean, which she did not. She told me that I refused the price for the deep clean, which did not happen. As I'm at my Shore House longer I see many more things that were not done, the tub was t done and there was a disgusting brown mark on the toilet seat. I'm not trying to be mean or picky but I expected to get what I paid for. I have a cleaning lady at our main house and I don't pay her when I pay them and my house is three times the size of our beach house. I know what is standard and what constitutes a deep clean. Why she would think that I did not wanna deep clean when I told her was the first clean of the season is beyond me. She did not offer me any money back or even a redo. They were so unreasonable I just had to say I don't want your services anymore and I hung up the phone.

I had a simple tile shower floor replacement/install contracted by Greg. Seemed like a nice guy…read moreoffering a fair price. I would purchase the tile and he would install. He came right away and began the installation on June 17. During the install I expressed concern about the base for the tile on June18. Greg assured me it was fine and if there was an issue he would return and correct any issue; on his dime. On July 7, I contacted Greg indicating the tile was moving and grout was cracking. He said he would come and fix. That was more than a month ago. He indicated he would come by but never did, and has not. I originally posted a review two days ago. I received an immediate text from Greg, asking to remove the negative review and he would return my cash. This never happened. Asking contractors to set proper expectations and follow through on their word is not being impatient. Expecting contractors to be honest in their words and deeds is not calling them a liar. Sad its been two months and I do not have my shower improvement and Greg has not expanded his business with a customer who believed in him. Hopefully, I can recover my $1500 through the yelp guarantee. This game of tag is over.
