I have to print 20 pages from my email. I have my three (3) yo and my one (1) yo with me sleeping in the car. I called the store and Chris was so kind to do this service over the phone and print all pages, giving me the information where to send them and printing them all for me wild I was in the car with my kids sleeping. As a mother having many things to do and having my kids w me. Most of times is complicated and finding someone like Chris to make our job easier, it is awesome and I am appreciated for doing it. I needed a mailbox for work-related mail so I chose this instead of the post office. The place was pretty busy when I signed up so it took a while. It's a small store and when it's busy it's pretty packed. Shortly after I had paid for a year of mail box service I came in to find a notice in my box stating it was time to renew. I had to stand in line then for a while to get it corrected. The mailboxes are not accessible at all times because they are part of the regular shipping store so if you have really odd hours this might not work out for you. One thing I did discover that is very helpful for me is that I can call ahead and they will tell me if I have mail in my box that way I don't have to make a trip out to find I had an empty mailbox. Now that I'm just using this place for my mailbox service it's not bad because I don't have to stand in line for anything. This is fairly conveniently located in the target shopping center so if you have errands to run it's not bad to stop in and check your mail at the same time. I think it would have been nice to have a key ring on the key and I know that's not a big deal for 99% of the population I'm sure but since I'm keeping it separate from my other keys it would've been nice to have a little key fob instead of just a loose key. I'm giving four stars instead of five just because the mailboxes are not located where you could get to them after hours and anytime I have had to wait in line it was a longer wait. It is a small store though so I understand it will get crowded. read more

I will never go here again!!! I went to return an Amazon package and they refused to put tape on the top of the box and said "You need to go back home and put tape on it then bring it back." So, I went to kohl's and they taped the box no question asked. They even said "If you ever have an item with no box, just bing the item in to us and we will package it at no charge." I rate this establishment 5 stars! They are all stars to me because they go above and beyond their duties. The word No is not in their vocabulary. They are an outstanding group of employees. Im gonna be honest if this isn't a family own business .... CRACK THE WHIP ON THE MORON THAT HIRED A BUNCH OF idiots ill never do business at this store again ... 1st problem.. I get my money order for rent and send it out.. PRETTY simple right?? Well it gets lost never makes it so my rents late and that's 50$ extra... so I think ok ill send it certified the next month just to be safe!?!? Send it out early to be safe on a Friday morning and here it is Tuesday and im getting a 3day notice again because once again 4days it's been misplaced again costing me another 50$ late fee... so about 107$ im out not to mention the embarrassment of being late 2times now and I've only lived here 3 months read more

Everytime I walk in to this store, they always help me with either a notary or ship a package. They are always there to help out. Just the other day I needed some shipping supplies and they not only packaged my item but expedited the process. Definitely coming back. Thanks again. read more

Rude AF - I've never left a review before nor am I easily offended but the elderly woman that works here is extremely rude. Continued to speak to me in a condescending voice, asked unnecessary questions, keep interrupting me, and refused to send one of my packages because she didn't feel like it, overcharged me & when I politely mentioned the ups store on a different location charged me 1/3 of the price she's charging (for the exact same ounces & bubble mailer size) she told me I'm lying to her. Very disappointed & will be going to the post office instead. read more
