How in the world do they allow them to keep their jobs, thats beyond my understanding. PLEASE a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT immediately to hold these lazy, reckless and incompetent people out of our life for good. Call number for complaints and file complaints against them. She has walked away from her window twice on me. She lacks the basic knowledge, skills and courtesy to be in a skilled federal position. I've asked her simple, basic questions pertaining to the post office such as hours of operation which she didn't know, she didn't even know what the new cost of a Forever 1st Class stamp was after the last price hike. She's often spouting random prices for shipping items off the top of her head without bothering to check, the gets very rude and unprofessional when a customer doesn't agree with her. I would stop going to this Post Office all together because of her but unfortunately this is the only 1 in town. This person definitely needs remedial training, or better yet replaced with a qualified, professional courteous individual because she is definitely none of these.

I tried calling to verify that the notary was onsite during the advertised hours, but the phone was disconnected. I happened to be driving by the store later that day and noticed that they were opened so I stopped in to inquire see if the notary was in and the clerk stated that he was also waiting for them to show up. Not a great way to run a business in these times. The place was kind of run down and there were loud music videos playing on a television, but they are open. I didn't go there for anything other than notary services, so I'm not sure on their pricing. Two-Stars because the clerk was very friendly and apologetic.

Maybe that's why they are able to offer great customer service here, they actually seem to care. The young lady informed is that the have had this one-way trailer for 2 days and it was very much available, in contrary to what the Uhaul Scheduler said 'that there was nothing available in all of California for today' and refused to let me speak to anyone else. The kind patience, knowledge, and the genuine want to help was a refreshing experience in light of today's craziness of dealing with Uhaul. If you're a local, you truly have a gem of a team working here. They help people with not only their towing and moving needs but also photocopies, PO boxes, printing, Amazon shipping, etc. Great little office in a cute little town.

No one was able to assist in anyway the managers were all out of the office and they keys were inaccessible. I came back later that afternoon because I was told the manager would be back then. They hadn't arrived afterall. I had a day where I felt the world was against me in all areas. But Priscilla was pro active and made it happen to where my storage could be unlocked again for my convenience. She deserves a promotion and vacation time along with a huge raise.
