I got a job with a school district on a Wednesday afternoon so I needed to get LiveScan fingerprints done ASAP so I could start work the following Monday. I go in there and it was quick, easy and affordable! They really came through for me! Annette and her husband Yong were so nice and thorough with the fingerprinting process. Making sure that if any fingerprints needed to be redone, they did it so you wouldn't have the LiveScan kick back for any incomplete, partial, or unacceptable prints. The absolute BEST PART is I could walk in WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT and get my LiveScan done immediately!! The school district recommended all of the local police & sheriff's departments in Tulare county BUT every single one of them I called required an appointment that was a week or 2 out. That wasn't going to work! I and the school district really wanted me to start work in 4 days. The school district was a little hesitant to let me go to Copy, Pack, N Ship cuz they never heard of them before and weren't too confident in their turnaround time being quick enough like the police departments so I could start on Monday. But Copy, Pack, N Ship EXCEEDED my expectations by sending off the LiveScan electronically to the DOJ the -second- I left the store and I got my background check approved in less than 24 hours! The school district called me the very next day saying they got everything they needed, the fingerprints cleared and I can start Monday! Thank you SOOOO much Copy, Pack, 'n Ship! I'm going to tell everyone I know that you do LiveScan fingerprints that are they are fast, easy, no appointment needed, and more importantly reliable! read more

They are rude. Very unprofessional and racist. The owner stated " people like me". I asked him what he meant. He just kept saying people like you? He is racist and don't like helping people. They are rude. If you want to be treated bad, go in and see what I mean. They don't care about their customers. When I asked for my money back ask insisted I give the change I received but I told them no. They can give me the amount I paid. Not received. I will never do business with racist people. read more

Great family owned shipping store packed full of amazing customer service and trinkets to buy. They sell trinkets like notepads, jewelry, books, and a variety of greeting cards. Skip the post office and get a side by side price comparison of all major shipping companies (I.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS). So you're always getting the best deal! They also offer LiveScan and PO Boxes. I used UPS and Kinkos here in town, but these owners are more hands on in helping and take care of everything. For printing: you email to them and they print. No trying to figure out machines and print cards. Much more convenient. Ignore the liquor store next door. This is the place to go for your printing and shipping needs. I've been using this place exclusively for well over ten years for everything I've had to ship. They are, without a doubt, the most professional, friendly, and courteous folks I've had the pleasure to deal with since I moved to Visalia 25 years ago. I was so thrilled to learn they do shredding. I can't think of anyone I would trust more with our sensitive information--old bills, check stubs, etc. They lost a lot of traffic when the nearby Vons closed a few years ago, and I worry for them, especially during this pandemic. Have had nothing but great service and very professional and kind interaction with the owners. I went to Copy Wrap and Ship to use the Notary Service. I needed 2 forms of ID verified for a government agency. Per CDC's instructions I needed a notary to verify this. As soon as i mentioned i needed two forms of ID verified the owner kept saying it was for an I-9 and she couldn't do it. I told her it wasn't an I-9 but she still refused to do it and wouldn't even look at what I needed. I was very bummed that I had to find another notary last minute. Fortunately I did and she filled out the form no problem. I won't go back to Copy Wrap and Ship. I do not know what she charges for notary service but missed out on my payment. read more

I love love love copy, pack & ship. They have services from key making, mailbox rentals, photocopy service, fax service, notary, package pickup & delivery. Ryan K, gave a one star rating & claims in his review that the male owner followed him out to his vehicle & was recording himself trying to provoke him. I have been coming here for years & have NEVER known the owners to be anything less than AMAZING & very helpful. Each visit here is like coming to see Family, they not only know me by name but they ALWAYS ask about my kids & family whenever I come in. Their willingness to help & answer any questions I may have have always been far more superior here compared to similar services. Do Not be swayed by one disgruntle customers slanderous comment because he was asked to follow the same policies put in place for the safety of all customers. I went in today to get a document notarized and the lady was curt, and rude. When I told her that her attitude towards me could be kinder she did a little laugh and then her husband came out and said "How nice do you want her to be?" I said "Look it matters how you address your customers"'they did another little laugh and I told them "No big deal, I can go somewhere else to get this notarized." The man then responded "Go ahead, we don't need your business!" I don't think it's too much to want to be treated kindly when you go into a business and I support local businesses all the time...but if you don't 'need' or even care if you have my business, neither do I. I've been using Copy Pack 'n Ship for over 15 years, with the current owners and the previous owners too. Since I rent a box here for business and personal use, I come in a couple of times per week to pick up my mail and packages. I've also used their shipping and notary services. They have assorted greeting cards and other fun items. My kiddo enjoys coming with me to check out their selection. The customer service here is amazing! The current owners go out of their way to help with anything that I need - every single time. They do have policies and regulations to follow, so they can't tell you what type of notary to choose and they do have to ask about package contents - normal stuff. I'm a business owner too, so I understand having to follow policies and regulations. I noted that another recent reviewer trashed Copy Pack 'N Ship with a single star, trying to play the race card, claiming harassment. That does NOT match anything that I've ever seen at Copy Pack 'N Ship. Since I come here a couple of times a week and have for 15+ years, it's safe to conservatively estimate that I'm here over 100 times per year. That means that I've been here 1500+ times over the years. In all of that time, I've seen the owners interact with people of all races. I've only ever seen them treat people with respect, providing excellent customer service. These folks have earned my business and I'm pleased to recommend their services to anyone. read more
