When we receive small packages she will shove them in our mailbox (even when they say fragile or pictures- do not bend). And this time I put our mail on hold and it wasn't put on hold. There is a rubber band around your mail and the closing letter. And the junk mail is usually not with the mail. None of this happened. NOT HAPPY!!

Not even 2 customers in she was just helping her first of the day & I can be a witness to this because this is why I am writing the review. I felt so terribly bad for the lady needing her help. Thankfully there were 2 other employees that were working well and reasonably with the customers. So unbelievable. I have talked to other residents, they have also disliked his treatment of customers. I have to drive in to get my mail, living in a rural area. I got my notice I had something to pick up, I went to desk to pick up, ( it was 2 mins prior to their lunch hour) He shut door in my face, told me "we're on lunch comeback in 1 hour", I explained I could not come back later, and it was 1 minute early for lunch, he said " come back later" and walked away... I moved to Lemoore from Bay Area back in July of 2024, since then I have had lost packages, or they were put in wrong box with key going to wrong mailbox, etc... wrong key has been in my mailbox at least 3 times. Wrong mail in my mailbox, I have delivered to correct address, but not so sure it will be done for me with the same courtesy.. There is money spent on packages that people order and for them to be put in the wrong box with wrong key, is not acceptable. The mailboxes are not kept up, the larger boxes are broken and only two may be working. This is on Brighton Ave, near Wexford Dr.
