I called the store and Chris was so kind to do this service over the phone and print all pages, giving me the information where to send them and printing them all for me wild I was in the car with my kids sleeping. As a mother having many things to do and having my kids w me. Most of times is complicated and finding someone like Chris to make our job easier, it is awesome and I am appreciated for doing it. Thank you Chris. UPS should be glad having you as their employer. Five stars for Chris (sorry if I misspelled your name wrong). Respect!

For customer service, transparency of fees involved when remote printing, copies were not ready…read more so I went to this UPS store as I was visiting Porterville because I needed something printed. Because I used UPS store all the time in the San Francisco Bay area as well as in Sacramento tri Valley, I figure most UPSes are honest, efficient and are not charging frivolously. Did you know that if you sent your print job by email they charge you five dollars for a fee of simply emailing your print job? Now, how scandalous is that? Of course one could say you should have a flash drive or you should've printed it at your office or your home. But that's why we have print shops, right? Then another outrageous matter that the Clerk did was I had an attachment that had a page that wasn't needed because there wasn't anything printed on it. As you know, some forms consist of English and Spanish. Well, I didn't need the Spanish form obviously it wasn't filled out so I asked the Clerk to not include that with the charge of printing. Well guess what he said NO because it was attached. This is what I mean about stupid customer service. When a person is working customer service the whole idea of customer service is to be at Service for the Customer. Of course there are guidelines, but there are also gray areas. And in this case, this was a gray area because the fellow first of all didn't care for me or for the job that I had sent early that morning. When I got there, the job wasn't even done. So my question is to UPS Store is why do you advertise that you can print other people's print jobs and you're going to frivolously charge them and on top of that, give them poor customer service? So to all of you out there that need print job jobs, I highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this business if you don't wanna be taken for five dollars for a fee just by sending them your email print job. Furthermore, I believe that that person, a white guy who had no customer svc skills whatsoever should not be working the counter more so, charge things just because he can. Again, DO NOT GO TO this business for remote printing jobs. His actions were dispicable! ughhhhh!

The majority of the mail carriers/ post man/women, and front desk staff...... and supervisors…read moresimply dont care about being professional, honest, integrity, or God for bid they go out of their way to provide customer service. This facility should have a class action lawsuit for their laziness, bad faith and LACK of honesty and PROFESSIONALISM. They simply dont do their job and dont care if they cause you any harm because carriers put mail in wrong addresses, hold mail, lie, and to top it off.........they are indifferent and down right rude / unprofessional. How in the world do they allow them to keep their jobs, thats beyond my understanding. PLEASE a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT immediately to hold these lazy, reckless and incompetent people out of our life for good. Call number for complaints and file complaints against them. Work ethic is unacceptable. We deserve respect and professionalism and thats not negotiable. Treat others how we want to be treated.

This complaint is directed towards 1 particular postal clerk, Martha #20. She is without a doubt,…read morethe worst postal worker I have ever encountered. Very unprofessional, incompetent and rude. She has walked away from her window twice on me. She lacks the basic knowledge, skills and courtesy to be in a skilled federal position. I've asked her simple, basic questions pertaining to the post office such as hours of operation which she didn't know, she didn't even know what the new cost of a Forever 1st Class stamp was after the last price hike. She's often spouting random prices for shipping items off the top of her head without bothering to check, the gets very rude and unprofessional when a customer doesn't agree with her. I would stop going to this Post Office all together because of her but unfortunately this is the only 1 in town. This person definitely needs remedial training, or better yet replaced with a qualified, professional courteous individual because she is definitely none of these.

The service at this location was abysmal. It started with me walking in to no greeting whatsoever…read more (There was only one other customer in the store by the way). She and I greeted one another, but nothing from the two service reps behind the counter. After trying to print and go at the self service printer and receiving a " your document failed to upload" message each time, I made my way to the counter. At the counter I spoke to Carlos who I informed of the issue and asked if I could simply email him the document to print and then make copies. He told me: "No, our server is down, but if you are sending a pdf it should work." I asked, "Oh your servers down, maybe that's why this isn't uploading." He said, "No, it should work if it's a pdf." I said I'm pretty sure it's a pdf and he asked me to be sure it wasn't a link which confused me. So he came over to look at the document on my phone. I told him it was saved as a pdf, and sent as a pdf, it should be a pdf. Carlos then zooms into my pdf and tells me it's a link. Why, you might wonder...well on the pdf there is a live link to the online version of the document! I had to show him in the file name that it was a pdf...it literally said PDF. At this point I ask again about me sending the file for him to print so I could make copies. At this point his coworker is in earshot and when I say, "So you're sure your servers down and you can't print this out for me?" He replies, "I never said that." I said yes, you did, you said your server was down and you couldn't print the document. He again claims he never said that and that he could print it out for me. Then he asserted that he's just trying to help if I'd stop giving him attitude. It was honestly absurd that he would lie about the server, then lie about saying it, and then try to gaslight me for calling him out on it. I've honestly never experienced such awful customer service in the decade+ that I have utilized FedEx kinkos and across various states locations.
