Because I used UPS store all the time in the San Francisco Bay area as well as in Sacramento tri Valley, I figure most UPSes are honest, efficient and are not charging frivolously. Did you know that if you sent your print job by email they charge you five dollars for a fee of simply emailing your print job? Now, how scandalous is that? Of course one could say you should have a flash drive or you should've printed it at your office or your home. But that's why we have print shops, right? Then another outrageous matter that the Clerk did was I had an attachment that had a page that wasn't needed because there wasn't anything printed on it. As you know, some forms consist of English and Spanish. Well, I didn't need the Spanish form obviously it wasn't filled out so I asked the Clerk to not include that with the charge of printing. Well guess what he said NO because it was attached. This is what I mean about stupid customer service. When a person is working customer service the whole idea of customer service is to be at Service for the Customer. Of course there are guidelines, but there are also gray areas. And in this case, this was a gray area because the fellow first of all didn't care for me or for the job that I had sent early that morning. When I got there, the job wasn't even done. So my question is to UPS Store is why do you advertise that you can print other people's print jobs and you're going to frivolously charge them and on top of that, give them poor customer service? So to all of you out there that need print job jobs, I highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this business if you don't wanna be taken for five dollars for a fee just by sending them your email print job. Furthermore, I believe that that person, a white guy who had no customer svc skills whatsoever should not be working the counter more so, charge things just because he can. Again, DO NOT GO TO this business for remote printing jobs. His actions were dispicable! ughhhhh!

I tried calling to verify that the notary was onsite during the advertised hours, but the phone was disconnected. I happened to be driving by the store later that day and noticed that they were opened so I stopped in to inquire see if the notary was in and the clerk stated that he was also waiting for them to show up. Not a great way to run a business in these times. The place was kind of run down and there were loud music videos playing on a television, but they are open. I didn't go there for anything other than notary services, so I'm not sure on their pricing. Two-Stars because the clerk was very friendly and apologetic.

Maybe that's why they are able to offer great customer service here, they actually seem to care. The young lady informed is that the have had this one-way trailer for 2 days and it was very much available, in contrary to what the Uhaul Scheduler said 'that there was nothing available in all of California for today' and refused to let me speak to anyone else. The kind patience, knowledge, and the genuine want to help was a refreshing experience in light of today's craziness of dealing with Uhaul. If you're a local, you truly have a gem of a team working here. They hadn't arrived afterall. I had a day where I felt the world was against me in all areas. But Priscilla was pro active and made it happen to where my storage could be unlocked again for my convenience. She deserves a promotion and vacation time along with a huge raise.
