The majority of the mail carriers/ post man/women, and front desk staff...... and supervisors simply dont care about being professional, honest, integrity, or God for bid they go out of their way to provide customer service. This facility should have a class action lawsuit for their laziness, bad faith and LACK of honesty and PROFESSIONALISM. They simply dont do their job and dont care if they cause you any harm because carriers put mail in wrong addresses, hold mail, lie, and to top it off.........they are indifferent and down right rude / unprofessional. How in the world do they allow them to keep their jobs, thats beyond my understanding. PLEASE a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT immediately to hold these lazy, reckless and incompetent people out of our life for good. Call number for complaints and file complaints against them. Work ethic is unacceptable. We deserve respect and professionalism and thats not negotiable. Treat others how we want to be treated. read more

Do NOT go in if you have a problem. Go online and write a complaint directly to the USPS. We have encountered the same problem twice (not receiving our mail for a week) the first time they made us put our mail on hold & pick it up everyday. Which was great. UNTIL they had "fixed" the problem with the route and guaranteed that we would get our mail daily. Here we are the second time; have not received our mail (FOR A BUSINESS) for 10 days. Head into the post office to get some answers & get told to wait at the end of the counter for the supervisor. After 20 minutes of waiting I ask where the supervisor is? The response is oh our supervisor is on lunch. Might not be back for another 30 minutes. Ok.... You couldn't have said that to begin with? So here we are. No resolution, no help. No supervisor. More time wasted... and still no mail received. The post master needs to get a grip on these people. This is far from ok customer service. read more

This complaint is directed towards 1 particular postal clerk, Martha #20. She is without a doubt, the worst postal worker I have ever encountered. Very unprofessional, incompetent and rude. She has walked away from her window twice on me. She lacks the basic knowledge, skills and courtesy to be in a skilled federal position. I've asked her simple, basic questions pertaining to the post office such as hours of operation which she didn't know, she didn't even know what the new cost of a Forever 1st Class stamp was after the last price hike. She's often spouting random prices for shipping items off the top of her head without bothering to check, the gets very rude and unprofessional when a customer doesn't agree with her. I would stop going to this Post Office all together because of her but unfortunately this is the only 1 in town. This person definitely needs remedial training, or better yet replaced with a qualified, professional courteous individual because she is definitely none of these. read more

The postal workers dealing with customers in the post office seem helpful and positive every time I go there and yes the wait is always long but I have to go at busy times as well so it is understandable.The problem is not in the post office but with delivery and unfortunately the female delivers the neighbor's mail by mistake plus is rude so she is why I did not give five stars because the post office would have gotten five stars without her bad customer service out in the field. read more

Pretty decent, small town post office. When it's busy, there's only 4 clerks helping peeps and service can be sloooooww. if you're picking up a package, there's usually someone who will get your package- without you having to wait in line. They have an automated machine that you can purchase postage at. parking is hard to come by during busy hours, which seem random... read more

I placed an order from for an aromatherapy vaporizer for my grandmother. It was said to arrive on this day of June 30th. To my surprise the order status of the package stated that the package was delivered. I looked for any mistakes of adress and around my front yard but I had no luck finding my "delivered package". Today was my second call to our town's Post Office to complain and find out how to put my complaint in writing because apparently my first verbal call did not completely solve the problem of my mail delivery. The problem is that some days I get no mail then I get a box full on others but in between those delivery days I get nothing. But on some of the mail example the post Mark may be stamped May 2nd, and I don't get it in my mail box until the 20th! We all receive important mail and on some that needs to be responded to in a timely manner, well with 18 days from the day it was post marked already gone it sure makes it hard to have to take care of the important things in my life on a timely matter when I don't get it to start with in a timely matter. Does anyone else have this problem? So now I will try to get a complaint in writing and deliver it to the Post Master or the lady who took both my verbal calls of complaint, which she gave her first name only to me, not knowing if her job title, in which does she take all calls in to the post office? She was whom I spoke to both times I called..? But would have liked to know if my first call of complaint got to the post master or just ended with the call-?? Or is she an assistant ? Does she just answer the phone to take customers calls of questions and complaints? Idk but saying she was professional in answering the phone and all - but it would have been nice if she could have told me that it, being my 1st complaint was addressed and will be again as 2nd complaint, and explain how it will be addressed and put on file as a customer complaint in case future or other complaints from customers come in and the problem can be addressed further... Just saying...and if the problem is not in our local office it should be able to track to where the problem is in the line of command of where mail has to go before it gets to our local office, right?
