Weekend: The absolute worst customer service at the airport location occurs on the weekends. The surly woman is usually busy chatting in the back room, wanders out when she's good and ready, and appears annoyed to have to scan a package and give me a receipt. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Every single time I have tried to use those Fed Ex location it is a problem. The store doesn't open on time, the one employee working is always RUDE, and don't even think to ask for a piece of tape! They will Act like borrowing a piece of tape is just absolutely CRAZY! I wish I can give them zero star. I cringe anytime a vendor I made a purchase at ships with FedEx as know it will NEVER get to me on the delivery date--never fails! I've been waiting for my package that was scheduled for 12/02 to be delivered. Everyday they advise me that it will be delivered next day. Three days later still no package. Rude, unfriendly customer service. These people must hate their job. Every time I've been to this location it's been the same thing no matter who is at the front counter, you are an inconvenience to us, not how can I help you. To add a comment about FedEx in general, your delivery people have the same bad attitude. Packages received from FedEx are lucky to make it to the front porch, sometimes the neighbors, and are rarely put out of view from the street. Shipments from competitors are delivered near the front door and left out of view from passerby's. Tracking FedEx shipments is often a big mystery full of delays and misdirection. Expected arrival dates are rarely right. The company should be renamed FedUpYours. read more

Good prompt help at the counter. Delivery is 7 days later than promised 66% of the time. Yep. SEVEN DAYS! Beware, refunds for broken promises on delivery time are only honored on overnight packages. Why honor 1 promise and not the other? 2 day delivery promise is not a promise. It's a broken promise with no refund. I am going to another carrier and will only use Fed Ex as a last resort. Too bad. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the FEDEX route driver who bought my partner and I our lunch at the Jack in the Box in Farmersville on Friday, 12 Jan. 2018. We both are law enforcement officers and walked in to grab a quick bite. I don't even know where to begin. For years FeddEx from Visalia distributing has constantly transposed the number of my house address and delivered my packages to the wrong people or delivered their packages to me or they've written an address that doesn't even exist on the package. I've had numerous packages that showed delivered that maybe were delivered but however they were not delivered to me. There's no way to contact the company to find out if the driver can locate the package. Extremely frustrating. I've tried to solve this issue for several years to no avail. I don't know if it's just that they don't have enough people working so they're rushed, People just don't care or they're just not paying attention. But whatever the problem is they need to resolve it. read more

The same guy will drop off packages in our driveway not at the front door. Multiple boxes have been ran over. Very upset.

I specifically called and made sure that my package was ready and that I would have everything I needed to pick up my package. When I got here the guy said he would have to look for it and that it would probably be best to wait until they deliver it 4 days from now. I told him I called FedEx and they said everything was ready to go. This guy went back for about 5 minutes or less and all I could hear him say was goodbye to all of his buddies and then came back and said he couldn't find it and that I would be better off waiting again. This guy came across lazy and unhelpful. He had minimal will to actually wanna help me. When asked why FedEx told me it was ready he stated that it was because they are all from another country and don't know how it works here. I said so then can I just call you guys directly and he said no, you have to call the FedEx number. The same number that apparently doesn't know how it works at his FedEx location. I am so confused as to how he came up with his logic. This place is horrible. read more

I had a package that was overnight delivery and they sent a time of 10:30 am delivery, I made sure I was outside helping with Christmas lights to make sure I didn't miss my package plus it was signature only cause of the value of the content! 10:30 came and went then I got a notification on my phone I saying ( we made a delivery attempt 12/18/2019. Don't wait until the next business day for delivery. Pick up your package today after 05:00 pm at FedEx facility: 9510 west airport drive. ) I called FedEx And they said their driver came by and said no one was home, I told them they have a dishonest driver cause I was home and I also have security cameras and he was never here or came down my street. So I waited until 5 pm to pick up my package gave the guy behind the counter my tracking number and he says he can't find anything with my tracking number and I said try it again he typed into the computer again and I'm sorry but I'm not finding anything, I said I'm not leaving until I get my package! After raising my voice another FedEx work came up and asked what's going on? I told him I have a package that was supposed to be delivered and their driver is lying about me not being home and have video of the time frame he said he was there and now they can't find my tracking number after I got a notification saying to pick it up! He typed in my tracking number and found it! Crazy how the other working couldn't find it or he was working together with the driver cause they know if it's a signature only it's worth money! I have never experienced anything like this before! I was very nervous about this shipment cause it was a diamond engagement ring. After I got home and checked the package I got a hold of company that sent the ring and told them about my experience with FedEx, hopefully they will try another carrier and drop FedEx! I can tell you one thing I would NEVER use FedEx and I'm going to tell everyone about my experience with them. read more

Fed ex dropped my package off at a different house after I requested it to picked up AT a designated store location. The people it was shipped to opened the package and caused damage. Fed ex would not do anything to help me since the package was Apple using fed ex as a carrier and even though they dropped it off at the WRONG address and I REQUESTED (and got a confirmation email) that it was delivered to the fed ex location for pick up. Was on the phone with someone who kept putting me on hold and told me it wasn't their issue basically even though the address was WRONG. I guess all the way around the intelligence of fed ex workers isn't high. Wish I could give no stars. read more
