So I needed to have a document from Fresno State notarized and I called to verify there was a notary at this location prior to visiting. I show up and am greeted right away and helped, but the minute it came to my document the notary had a hard time even wanting to notarize it and kept giving me grief about it. Almost to the point she was becoming argumentative. My wife is a notary, but due to the fact that we are family she wasn't able to perform the task required, which is the ONLY reason I came here. I eventually found one who knew what they were doing after stopping by here. I should have went there first instead of the UPS Store. Stay away, you'll be much happier. read more

Found this place last year when my car needed the starter replaced. Took in my other vehicle for engine check light turned on and it was my temperature sensor. Luis called me with a quote and my vehicle was running smoothly same day. Will definitely keep bringing my vehicles here when needed. I've gone in a few times to get some party invitations printed and they're always very helpful. I'm in and out within minutes and I print out quite a few things. I'd recommend this location. Also, the people I've encountered are really nice and accommodating to and special details I ask for. Great location, but several times the staff has been rude and unhelpful. Seems a few staff members view customers as a nuisance. This UPS store which accepts Amazon drop off for returns decided to steal two pair of Brooks tennis shoes from me value $300. I went to speak with him this morning. The store manager said there's nothing they could do. It appears to me they encourage their employees to steal. Make sure you keep your return receipt. Just tried to walk in to return an Amazon item and was unable to as I walked in at 3:29/3:30. The girl Samantha was extremely unprofessional by telling me curtly that they were closed at 3:30 and wouldn't be helping us. It's not as if we were there browsing and hanging out, we had a quick return which would've taken 30 seconds of her time and as it was barely 3:30, and I could've used their self check out for the return. Not only that, but then she continued to help a gentleman that walked in immediately after us. As we've done this enough times to know it doesn't take more than 30 seconds to do. Very unprofessional, even if it was 3:30 on the dot we're still not understanding 1. The way she treated us walking in 2. Why she was able to allow the gentleman after us to do what he needed to do. We had the QR code and everything ready to go. Avoid this location and use Mooney. We understand why they have an average rating of three stars, apparently the reviews were accurate on this one. read more

While the store is clean and the staff friendly do not ship anything of real value via UPS. We paid for overnight signature required UPS delivery of sensitive documents. They never arrived. Finding an actual human being through UPS is impossible, the redirect to the local store, the local store has no recourse. So whether the package is lost, was stolen or even destroyed we will never know. The entire debacle cost $47 to ship with UPS, $58 to replace just a portion of the documents (the cost of the others we are waiting on), $35 to ship overnight with FedEx (yes it was cheaper and going forward I would only used FedEx), a fraud alert and a lot of stress, time and effort. read more

I don't understand the poor reviews of this store. I shop through Amazon A LOT! I also return a lot of things. I do all my returns through this store. Sometimes it is quite a few items at once. Every single time I come in someone greets me (unless they are swamped with people at the counter which is totally understandable). They always take my items and never complain or even comment about the quantity of items I'm returning. Do they ask me about the weather, my family, my personal life-No! That's not what they're there for and it's definitely not what I'm there for. I keep seeing people say that the employees are not friendly enough, but what are you looking for? I go to the UPS store to complete a business transaction, not to make friends. Showed up today, Sunday at 2:45 and they had already closed. The hours posted outside and on yelp say they close at 3:00 due to Covid-19. What's the point of posting hours if you are just going to close whenever you want? BE AWARE. In the words of the owner. "We are NOT UPS". Do not drop you packages off at this or any other UPS STORE location as they are not responsible, and will most definitely not attempt to help you if something goes wrong. They just pass the buck and blame UPS. Go directly to the hub office, or even better go to FEDEX. Corporate UPS was paid for overnight delivery, yet the package never even left town, but they refuse to give refunds. It is their policy never to give refunds no matter how bad they screw up. A little disappointed today with the $1.00 charge to put a little piece of tape on my little box to return a cell phone. Even after saying I did not have a dollar and having to use my debit card, the lady just gives me a deer in headlights look. I used my debit card for 1 freaking dollar. This UPS Store is the best in the business in Tulare County as far as shipping, mailing, packaging, etc. The employees are not only friendly and professional, they work quickly and efficiently. It was my first time using the ups My Choice to request an item to be held at the ups store. The status was confusing so I called the store to ask for info regarding my package. The man answering the phone was unhelpful. He told me to check on google for my package. Google? I mean google knows "everything" but why would I ask google if the service I'm looking for is through ups? I didn't get to choose which location for my package to be sent to so I called 1-800 number and believe it or not, the machine was more helpful than the particular man that I spoke to at this Goshen location. I am repeatedly frustrated by their delivery service. They are definitely slipping. I routinely get packages delivered to my office on west main. The driver should know by now that the office is closed between 12 and 1 pm yet they continue to try at this time then leave a failed delivery message. On one occasion the package was perishable and had to be trashed and new order resent. The driver claimed attempt at 1:24 pm which was not true as I was there with my staff at the time. @ups .. today I'm sitting on my couch drawing on vans for a client when the UPS driver pulled up to drop me off my router for Xfinity I've been waiting for .. I asked my girlfriend @c.bruti Who is there for the afternoo to answer the door for me to get the package shortly after she heads to work , I'm outside unloading my car off of the trailer and two police officers pull up saying they where given a call by the ups driver who dropped a package off that the woman who answered the door was heavily on drugs and the child was in danger , haha we all get a good laugh when I called cassandra because she thought I was pulling a prank on her, (because she doesn't do drugs) anyways all my neighbors come out to see why there's cops talking to me now I'm super freaking embarrassed and my new neighbors who I've only bought the house a few months ago think that I'm some kind a troublemaker that does drugs... I call and raise hell demanding an apology from ups and that the driver MUST go door to door to my nieghbors and apologize and explain he made a mistake , ..
