So I needed to have a document from Fresno State notarized and I called to verify there was a notary at this location prior to visiting. I show up and am greeted right away and helped, but the minute it came to my document the notary had a hard time even wanting to notarize it and kept giving me grief about it. Almost to the point she was becoming argumentative. My wife is a notary, but due to the fact that we are family she wasn't able to perform the task required, which is the ONLY reason I came here. I eventually found one who knew what they were doing after stopping by here. I should have went there first instead of the UPS Store. Stay away, you'll be much happier. read more

Found this place last year when my car needed the starter replaced. Took in my other vehicle for engine check light turned on and it was my temperature sensor. Luis called me with a quote and my vehicle was running smoothly same day. Will definitely keep bringing my vehicles here when needed. Luis is friendly his business is affordable (called around price was higher) and most of all seems honest. read more

Went to go return a couple things. If is the Saturday after Christmas. They were to close at 4;00. It was 3:25. Got in line, they then locked the doors behind me and said they wouldn't serve me because "it would take too long to serve us." The line wasn't long. read more

The so called manager of your store is NOT helping your business. You should look or evaluate your employees more seriously. That woman does not have a clue how to deal with customers. Her snooty attitude and mocking looks say it all. I won't stand for it. This is the 2nd time it happened. I will take my business elsewhere. Besides, your prices are outrages!!!. I,compared them with other UPS stores where they are half the price. Good luck!!!! w read more

I've gone in a few times to get some party invitations printed and they're always very helpful. I'm in and out within minutes and I print out quite a few things. I'd recommend this location. Also, the people I've encountered are really nice and accommodating to and special details I ask for. Today I can tell it was a busy day but they still gave me the great customer service that I always get. Thanks for the great service! read more

The employees there are very nice and informative. Once I learned the rules of pick ups and returns I come in well prepared. They always seem to quick with getting the line moving which is important to me. Bonus is that the shopping center offers a lot including McDonald's, Chase, Starbucks, Chapalas Mexican restaurant, me n Ed's, save mart and much more. This is my UPS store of choice. read more

Great location, but several times the staff has been rude and unhelpful. Seems a few staff members view customers as a nuisance. Probably not the greatest to talk down to a pregnant woman, or someone trying to manage two kids. Going to make a point to use a different location whenever possible. read more

This UPS store which accepts Amazon drop off for returns decided to steal two pair of Brooks tennis shoes from me value $300. I went to speak with him this morning. The store manager said there's nothing they could do. It appears to me they encourage their employees to steal. Make sure you keep your return receipt. (I did not believe I would need it 30 days after the return) My bill shows that I was charged for 30 days later. read more

I prefer this over any other way. It is always clean and quiet. The employees are quick and knowledgeable. I also love their relationship with AMAZON so returns are always very easy to make. I am always in and out within a few minutes! read more

Just tried to walk in to return an Amazon item and was unable to as I walked in at 3:29/3:30. The girl Samantha was extremely unprofessional by telling me curtly that they were closed at 3:30 and wouldn't be helping us. It's not as if we were there browsing and hanging out, we had a quick return which would've taken 30 seconds of her time and as it was barely 3:30, and I could've used their self check out for the return. Not only that, but then she continued to help a gentleman that walked in immediately after us. As we've done this enough times to know it doesn't take more than 30 seconds to do. Very unprofessional, even if it was 3:30 on the dot we're still not understanding 1. The way she treated us walking in 2. Why she was able to allow the gentleman after us to do what he needed to do. We had the QR code and everything ready to go. Avoid this location and use Mooney. We understand why they have an average rating of three stars, apparently the reviews were accurate on this one. read more

This location is quick, yet efficient. I come here about once a month to mail off packages. Each time the staff is friendly. They are helpful in answering questions and giving me the best options on shipping. read more

Amazing service Arnold and Javier the drivers are fast careful and amazing deserves 10stars

I don't understand the poor reviews of this store. I shop through Amazon A LOT! I also return a lot of things. I do all my returns through this store. Sometimes it is quite a few items at once. Every single time I come in someone greets me (unless they are swamped with people at the counter which is totally understandable). They always take my items and never complain or even comment about the quantity of items I'm returning. Do they ask me about the weather, my family, my personal life-No! That's not what they're there for and it's definitely not what I'm there for. I keep seeing people say that the employees are not friendly enough, but what are you looking for? I go to the UPS store to complete a business transaction, not to make friends. They are always fast, professional, and efficient, which is exactly what I look for in a business transaction. read more

While the store is clean and the staff friendly do not ship anything of real value via UPS. We paid for overnight signature required UPS delivery of sensitive documents. They never arrived. Finding an actual human being through UPS is impossible, the redirect to the local store, the local store has no recourse. So whether the package is lost, was stolen or even destroyed we will never know. The entire debacle cost $47 to ship with UPS, $58 to replace just a portion of the documents (the cost of the others we are waiting on), $35 to ship overnight with FedEx (yes it was cheaper and going forward I would only used FedEx), a fraud alert and a lot of stress, time and effort. read more

I went in today to print and fax some paperwork, Oni greeted me right away and helped me with a difficult situation. I have to say she went above and beyond to help me. I can not give her enough credit and thanks!! Everyone working at this location was exceptional! read more

Very friendly and incredibly accommodating! This was a super clean and quiet store. Highly recommend!!

Manager on site was friendly, but inefficient and unhelpful in my basic requests. I'll return to my neighborhood UPS Store when I see an "under new management," sign out front. read more

Showed up today, Sunday at 2:45 and they had already closed. The hours posted outside and on yelp say they close at 3:00 due to Covid-19. What's the point of posting hours if you are just going to close whenever you want? I just wasted 20 minutes of my day rushing over here before they closed and now another 20 minutes back home because they are not even open when they said they were. Thanks for nothing. read more

I have been to the store twice and both times I had a bad experience. The first time I did not want to write a negative review because I wanted to give the store the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately I had a second bad experience. read more

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Only on one occasion did I have issue with staff. We will definitely go again. It is always clean.

BE AWARE. In the words of the owner. "We are NOT UPS". Do not drop you packages off at this or any other UPS STORE location as they are not responsible, and will most definitely not attempt to help you if something goes wrong. They just pass the buck and blame UPS. Go directly to the hub office, or even better go to FEDEX. Corporate UPS was paid for overnight delivery, yet the package never even left town, but they refuse to give refunds. It is their policy never to give refunds no matter how bad they screw up. It's basically a license to steal. read more

The staff at this UPS store is always super friendly and helpful! They always ask me if I have an AARP or AAA card so they can give me a discount. read more

A little disappointed today with the $1.00 charge to put a little piece of tape on my little box to return a cell phone. Even after saying I did not have a dollar and having to use my debit card, the lady just gives me a deer in headlights look. I used my debit card for 1 freaking dollar. I have never been charged for this. I will not frequent this location again. Just ridiculous. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have gone elsewhere. read more

First off, shame on me for not knowing the store was here for almost a year. The staff was very helpful and polite, one woman held the door for me as I came in with my oversized box. Enrique, the guy behind the counter was very polite and nice and the store was very clean and tidy. This will be my new one stop shop for packing and shipping read more

Best service at a UPS Store ever!!! The young woman who helped me was very informative, friendly, and welcoming. There were two young men working along side her that were also friendly and handed me a book great of coupons. The store was clean and organized! Thank you! I will be back :) read more

I have used this store a few times when in the area. It is the last time. The customer service is just not friendly at all. The last 2 times I thought maybe they are just having a bad day. But nope.. today's experience was the same. I will drive across town the next time. read more

I gave you a 1 so i could leave a comment, you deserve a 0 for the way your employee acted. HORRIBLE customer service! Whoever the gentlemen is that does the notarized stuff needs to take a course in customer service! He was working this afternoon(3/2/2020 @1:30) I don't know what you're problem was and it doesn't matter. YOU are RUDE! Besides the way you acted towards me needing a live scan, you're interaction with other customers was total BS! I've used your services before and NEVER will again! read more

This UPS Store is the best in the business in Tulare County as far as shipping, mailing, packaging, etc. The employees are not only friendly and professional, they work quickly and efficiently. I go here a lot, and I'm always in and out within a few minutes. I'm in the customer service business also, so I'm always very observant of other local businesses. I'm happy to give this location a 5 star review. Sammy and Zack always go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Bravo! read more

This is the best of all the UPS and FedEx stores. Amy is amazing! She's so professional and sweet. She remembers my name and my kids. She is so quick to help me with whatever I need. If only all people working in customer service could be as great as she is! I will not go to any other shipping store! This ones the best! I should also add, I typically don't write reviews but Amy has been so great I thought I should! read more

i wish i could give them 0 star. i dont recommend this store to anyone. employees are soo rude and plus they don't even know what they are doing. I went there to do amazon return and my package was packed and sealed per instruction in the original box and the box was in good condition but they made me pay for another box plus tape plus packing which i didn't ask for it. when i said i never asked for packing because it is not fragile item but the employee said i already packed your box i can't unbox it. rude very rude. Ups driver always pick up our packages from our business and never said anything. since our business is closed i have to drop off my packages to the store. OMG i am never gonna drop off my package or do any business there. please everyone don't do your business there. they are rude, unprofessional, and over priced. read more

It was my first time using the ups My Choice to request an item to be held at the ups store. The status was confusing so I called the store to ask for info regarding my package. The man answering the phone was unhelpful. He told me to check on google for my package. Google? I mean google knows "everything" but why would I ask google if the service I'm looking for is through ups? I didn't get to choose which location for my package to be sent to so I called 1-800 number and believe it or not, the machine was more helpful than the particular man that I spoke to at this Goshen location. I was disappointed with the bad service. read more

I am repeatedly frustrated by their delivery service. They are definitely slipping. I routinely get packages delivered to my office on west main. The driver should know by now that the office is closed between 12 and 1 pm yet they continue to try at this time then leave a failed delivery message. On one occasion the package was perishable and had to be trashed and new order resent. The driver claimed attempt at 1:24 pm which was not true as I was there with my staff at the time. I would avoid using UPS when there are so many better services available. read more

Never fails I always leave this store happy and satisfied with whatever I went for. I've been in for getting papers notarized and shipped to lawyer asap and they arrived even before I was expecting, I've also been for simple dropping packages off. Always friendly and more than helpful read more

I spent 40 minutes there with only two other customers. Each time I've used their services, I'm more of a nuisance than a customer. After being told I had to use their computer in order to resolve an Amazon return and get a new label for my return, I was charged for a service that Enrique forced upon me. Then, too my absolute shock, I tried arguing the point with Zack Meader and was rudely told, "listen lady!" I was not feeling well and know that I was in need of help resolving a shipping problem, but there is no excuse for how I was treated! read more
