The customer service here is superb. The woman who helped me was very courteous, friendly and efficient. And she had a great smile. I was returning a shipment to Amazon. The box was a bit heavy and the staff member just told me to leave it when I came in the door and approach the counter. Now that is great service! read more

I always come to this location, not because I want to, but because it's the only one in the area. There is always a long line which I don't blame the owners for. I usually wait my turn. This time there was no line, but when the owner could not scan my barcode, he told me I needed to change the setting on my phone (as I've mentioned before, I always come here, same phone, same settings). THIS COULD ALL HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THE OWNER HAD JUST PUNCHED IN THE NUMBERS MANUALLY!!! After arguing for a bit I consented to change my phone settings. It still wouldn't scan but the owner continued to blame my phone for the problem. I should mention, again, that he could have just put the barcode numbers in manually (SEE PHOTO BELOW WHICH SHOWS THE TRACKING FOR MANUAL DATA ENTRY), but apparently that would have been my fault, too. Then he told me to forward the barcodes to the store email. He told me it was written on the back wall. I asked him several times to just tell me since I'm nearsighted but he refused, wtf? After forwarding the emails he still couldn't scan it. I suspect he then punched in the numbers manually after all the fuss he could have done that to begin with. I have to admit that I was not my usual friendly self and am embarrassed by my reaction to this misogynist's "customer service". I will take responsibility for that. But after all was said and done, he kept arguing with me that he was doing me a favor by letting me forward my emails to him. Then why was the email address written on the wall? And that he was being nice by telling me to change my e-mail settings from dark mode. NEVER going back, I would rather walk packages. read more

I've been here several times for services, but mostly for printing copies. And although the customer service has been excellent, the price they charge for just ONE COPY is exorbitant, at more than $2 for the page. read more

Every UPS Store is mostly the same, but at this one I received excellent customer service by Dan. I had a potential issue with a Christmas gift delivery and Dan personally took care of it and even gave me a call as soon as he intercepted the package. I appreciate the extra effort to make sure things were handled correctly. read more

History

Established in 2017.

The UPS Store® concept was introduced in 1980 as Mail Boxes Etc.® - a convenient alternative to the post office. Throughout its evolution, it has continued to define and lead the business services category it created. In 2001, UPS® acquired Mail Boxes Etc., Inc. In 2003, the two companies introduced The UPS Store® brand. On April 7, 2003, approximately 3,000 Mail Boxes Etc. locations in the United States (at the time, nearly 90% of the domestic U.S. network) re-branded as The UPS Store and began offering lower (around 20% on average) UPS-direct shipping rates. In 2012, Mail Boxes Etc., Inc. became The UPS Store, Inc. The centers remain locally owned and operated, and continue to offer a variety of packing, shipping, freight, postal, printing and business services, with convenient locations and world-class service.
