She either did not know how to handle the print request or did not want to proceed with the job. Her calculation was wrong as well $8 per sq feet for 24 inch by 48 inch ( 3 posters) was $192 and she gave me a $385. Please do not waste your time even going to the store for any printing services. I greatly recommend Store No 1186 at 7931 S Broadway Littleton for any poster printing services. They have consistently helped us and today they had issues with the printer, so I tried this store at 7011 Lincoln Avenue. They think the customers are foolish and cannot calculate costs and very bad service.

The former owners and staff were consistently gracious and friendly. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly under the new ownership. The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.

My apartments are often inaccessible due to others locking our entry door during the day, and I sometimes worry about things getting stolen. This takes care of both of those issues. Perfect. The business appears to be family owned, and they've got a litany of other services I wouldn't hesitate to ask for, if needed. Whenever I have a package to pickup, it's always quick, efficient, and with a smile- what more could you ask for? I'll be sad to move in a few short months, but I've appreciated these folks alot in the time I've been able to use them. Fair pricing, wonderful people. Thank you!

To be honest I'm not sure she heard a word I said she was in such a rush I came back to pick up my package December 31st arriving at noon ant the store was closed. The following day was New year and of course they were closed that day. as well. I realize it was the middle of the holidays but I've never heard of anyone closing the day before the New Year. As far as feeling welcomed into the store and the friendliness of the employee they were seriously lacking in that regard. However they do carry some really neat cards for all occasions along with other little gifts . Pricing is higher than USPS and UPS. As far as going back for any services they do offer , I'll take my business somewhere else.

I made it within 5 mins before close and she was helping another customer so Keith helped me instead. Another long story short it would have costed me an extra $100 if I shipped everything in the box I had so I decided to take it home , split it among multiple boxes instead of the really big one. When I took it back in , I believe Ben helped me out, he quickly heard my complicated story, got everything in order with the CORRECT address and gave me a new price that was only a LITTLE more than the original now that it was in smaller boxes. I appreciate ALL their help and education that was given to me and I ALWAYS have the best customer service from them. But this time it was above and beyond !
