I witnessed a blonde female staff member treating a customer with a level of disrespect that was genuinely shocking. She was making targeted, unprofessional comments that went far beyond a simple bad mood; it was outright harassment. As a witness, this was extremely uncomfortable to watch and makes me question whether I want to support a business that permits its staff to speak to people this way. Very disappointed at approximately 5:55pm while many customers were standing in line waiting their turn to drop off packages, a man came into the store bullying his way past all of the customers waiting in line, he said very loudly that he was just dropping something off, he ignored all of the customers standing in line for the same purpose including a very elderly disabled man patiently standing in line for the same purpose. The elderly man spoke up and said to the bully, you need to take your place in line as we all are waiting our turn. The bully ignored the elderly man on 21 May 2025 at approximately 5:55 pm CDT and was served by a UPS employee ahead of all of the customers that were patiently waiting in line. The bully should have either been told to take his place in line or refused service at this location. read more

It's easy and fast to send packages here, but management needs to train the employees to be friendly. I was just in there and not 1 of 4 people smiled or was friendly. They were somber and just completed the necessary transactions. This is a service business. Just a "hi, how can I help you?" would be a huge improvement over the regular somber stare when you walk up. Also, the management of the PO boxes needs improvement. read more

I have never left a yelp review, but the customer service at this UPS Store was so bad. The lady that helped me was extremely rude. She was unclear on what I was supposed to do as they are enforcing new pandemic procedures in handing off ones package. She assumed I knew the new procedure. When I didn't know what to do, she was very short when telling me. There are two ways to say something, and she chose the most impolite way every time. read more

I started mailing things out probably two or three times a week for my business this year and I almost always go to this UPS store. There's always multiple people working running multiple lines, they're always extremely friendly and crack jokes with me. It's a good environment and I highly recommend. read more

As an online seller who ships multiple items daily, UPS could be a great option for me. Sometimes their prices are significantly less than FedEx or USPS. However, I will almost always pay the extra money because the customer service at this store is so poor. The workers are rude and the wait time to simply drop off a prepaid box for which I already have an online receipt can be ridiculous. read more

I've been here a few times, and always had an ok experience. However, today was just odd. Granted, I showed up just before closing, but they asked me to step up to the counter so they could help me. I put the package on the counter and asked if I needed to put it in a different box. (The one I had was in good shape, but was a reused box with branding on it for an oil company ) They said yes, which I expected. What I didn't expect was for them to say. ...but you have to come back tomorrow because we are closed. They are helpful as long as the clock doesn't click closing time while you are at the counter. Of course, I could be to blame, maybe they closed a few minutes before their posted closing time due to covid? Or maybe shipping closes early, but they stay open for mail? I don't know. I'll check sometime when I have time to kill. In the meantime, I'll just use FedEx or USPS. read more

If I could give less than one-star, I would. I have rarely, if ever, posted a public negative review before. It's just not how I roll. I'm at my wits end though. After reading the overwhelming volume of negative reviews posted here for this store, I fully anticipate a reply to be posted from the store manager. In itself, that's ironic since she is the person I had the run-in with. *EDIT* I found a UPS STORE CORPORATE Customer Service department with human beings. They Will help and file a formal complaint. 1-800-789-4623. I cannot get resolution from her regarding a now almost month-old claim I filed for a shipment. I packed up four boxes of vintage, valuable dishes and shipped them in early June. 80 odd pieces across four boxes, in total. All to the same address. All insured. One dish of the 80 arrived broken. The recipient immediately sent me a picture of the broken dish and the crushed in corner of the box. He contacted the store. One of the ladies there contacted me. I sent her all of the documents and she was encouraging that it "might go quickly", but didn't make any promises. Then the manager replied to my email sent some time later when I asked for an update. She said it generally takes 5-10 days if it's approved. I waited another 2-1/2 weeks and stopped to ship something and asked for her. She called me back. She said she's had to send my paperwork 4 times to UPS and has spoken to them every day. She would call them again. The store owner has approved paying me the claim when UPS approves my claim. I didn't hear back. I went in 2 days ago for a return drop off and asked for her. She was in the phone with the owner. They let her know I was there. She came out and stopped in front of me and just stared. No greeting. Just stared. I introduced myself. No response. I said I'm following up on my claim. Her response, was something to the effect that There's no change. I told her it had been almost a month and I'd been told it would take about two weeks. She got very agitated and wanted to know who told me that. She said no one would have told me that and then she grabbed a folder and started rifling through it as if to prove me wrong. I said I didn't like being called a liar and pulled up the email and read it out. Told her it was from her and what it said. Then her voice got very shrill and loud. She said, " I said WHEN it was approved. It hasn't been approved yet!" So I replied that the inference was that it would be approved. And I asked who else I could talk to. She said, "No one. There's no one else you can talk to." I asked for the claims Dept. She said they wouldn't talk to me. She could give their number but they won't talk to me. I told her that I didn't like the way she was speaking to me. Then, oh boy, this was the cherry on the cake of my day! Then, she says LOUDLY, "Well I don't like the way you're speaking to ME! And I'm not going to speak anymore!" And she LITERALLY spins on her heel and walks fast to the back room and closes the door. I'm stunned. The other customers looking around like she wishes she could disappear. The lady helping me looks like she wishes she could hide. I said to the clerk helping me, "Are you kidding me? This is how customers are treated? I know it's not your fault". I asked for owners number and was refused. I was told it had been one of those days. Yet, honestly... As I left the store, she said "see you next time." I confess that I said, "Oh no. I don't think you will." I agree with other negative reviews I've read about this store mostly on google reviews. There is a consistent Problem with customer service at this store. I've ignored it in the past and simply gotten in and out, tried to show kindness. I wasn't rude with her this time. I didn't raise my voice or curse or get animated. I was insistent and pressing for resolution. So yesterday I shipped several pa with their competitors as I will do in the future. To anyone who reads this, I won't get into a social media argument with whoever replies to my review. I've already read all of the store managers replies and none of them ring true. read more

This is consistently the worst mail/packaging store I have ever been to. They are slow, rude and under staffed. Today there was consistent coughing from behind the counter and the worker was just coughing into her hand, not wearing a mask and continued to handle items with her coughed on hands. I had two packages scheduled to be delivered to my old address so I redirected them to UPS Store #2964 in Owasso, OK; I paid $3 online for this service. When I had confirmation of both packages being delivered I went to pick them up. They only had one. I had to be persistent to get the woman at the counter to look at my tracking info. She said UPS made a mistake and that it was probably at the other Owasso store. I then asked if someone named Crystal worked in this store, because Crystal signed for the package. She said UPS must have gotten the packages confused; that Crystal actually signed for package I just picked up and the other was at another store so I needed to go there. I left and called the other store; there were no packages for me. The next morning I called UPS. UPS confirmed that my package was delivered to the 2964 store. I returned to store 2964 after work that same day. The same employee was at the counter again. She said there was a $10.00 charge. I told her I had already paid for the shipping online and it was around $3.00. She said "No, we charge $5.00 a day to hold the package." Frustrated because my online transaction did not disclose this, I said "so, it would be $5.00 because I tried to pick it up the day it was delivered." She acknowledged that but said because I didn't pick it up I owed them $10.00. I reminded her that I was there to pick it up, that I had spoken to her, given her my tracking number, and she sent me to another store. She said "Yes. We found it after you left. I wish I had gotten your phone number." I asked to speak to a manager. Crystal was the manager on duty (& had been standing beside her the entire time). Crystal also assured me that the other employee was correct and that I could not have my package unless I paid $10.00. I told her I tried to pick it up and was told it wasn't there. She said it was delivered after I tried to pick it up. I told her it was delivered around 1PM and I came in after 5PM - after I received delivery confirmation. She said that a clerical error had been made but I was still responsible for not picking up my package. I asked to speak to the owner but he wasn't in. I left my package there. I have tried several more times to get in touch with the owner but the women in the store can never tell me when he is expected to be in. I talked to UPS and because this is a franchise, there is nothing they can do. But they did express that they do not agree with this stores policy. read more

BUYER BEWARE! ! ! We went to this peticular location to have passport pictures made. The first day the girl wasn't at work to take the pictures. Returned on second day. She took the pictures for my husband and i. The postmaster refused them Went back on third day waited about an hour and a half for another girl to monkey around only to tell me she couldn't get the pictures done because she hadn't actually been trained to take the pictures. Went back fourth day and the girl was working. I asked for a refund because the postmaster said to get a refund and go to the local tag office. He said he preferred that because they understand what is needed. Guess what. . . UPS DOESN'T GIVE REFUNDS PERIOD. So like I said before BUYER BEWARE they make the mistake and the CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THEIR ERROR. not to mention being rude about not refunding your money. I certainly expected better from UPS. I hope I never have to do business with them again for any reason. read more

this review is not based on only one visit. We have patronized this UPS store many times, but it is obvious we are going to go somewhere else. They are slow. Carry on personal conversations with other customers, disappear into the back without helping anyone, cannot multi task AT ALL and are so rude.
