Wow, I didn't have to hold, amazing! When I finally went in that same bubbly voice greeted me, her name was Melissa. She had to teach me a couple of things on my phone which was really nice. About a minute and a half later my 16 copies were in my hand and I was on my out the door. Her people skills were excellent. I don't know who her boss is but she needs a huge raise. A friend of mine had gone to a different FedEx and they spent time and helped her with a similar project. When I asked them for help, they told me I needed to screen shot and email them the web site. Sorry, I could be this guy's grandmother, so I don't know how to screen shot. When I asked him how to screen shot, he said he couldn't help me on my phone. I asked if he could look up the website on his computer, like the FedEx my friend went to. The lady working with him never looked up from her work but just said "No". I said "I guess I will go some place where I can get more help". He said "Okay". Customer service is dead at this FedEx.
