I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat

The staff is on their A-Game here and I always have a great experience. I've been coming to this location for quite some time now and here recently, they have remodeled the store in order for their staff to work more efficiently and effectively. After visiting a few times since the remodel, I noticed the vibe and it's definitely a good change. Things seem to flow better. From printing labels to doing Amazon returns and having eviction papers notarized to scanning and faxing important documents like contracts, trusts, wills and lease agreements - the employees have handled my issues properly and with professionalism and discretion. It's so appreciated! I really depend on this UPS location to get it right for me. And they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price! It took the guy six tries to spell my son's name correctly (spelled it J-a-c-k-s-x-n, and then deleted his last name, then made everything lower case...) after I spelled it every time for him, and he even spelled Phantom, f-a-n-t-o-m and couldn't figure out why it didn't like the address. Then after paying $56 for this box and another, he tossed the pile on the counter behind him and told me to have a good day. Um, no. I looked at him and said "I'm not leaving until I see those packed". What does he do? He disappeared in the back with the pile (out of sight) and then reappeared with the box closed and sealed. Seriously!!!? I rolled my eyes and stormed away. Dear owner, employees need to show a person their stuff in the box and seal it IN FRONT OF THEM!!! If everything does not show up complete and on time, owner, employee and I are gonna have a come to Jesus moment! Yes, I insured the package, but it's not like they list the inventory.

I was the only customer in the store and they barely acknowledged I was there. They didn't ask what I needed. One female working on the floor behind the counter looked up complaining to me that the customer who brought in the package she was packing failed to fully disassemble the item. "so I guess I have to do it" she said sarcastically. I waited over 5 min before she asked what I needed and I told her I was just dropping off a return. She sighed and made strenuous grunting noises as she got up from the ground as if complaining to me that she had to get up. I placed the envelope on the scale and she asked me to pick it up because she had to log in. That took more minutes as the two employees talked about the bulk package scanning that had to be completed and she seemed unable to talk and login at the same time. After scanning and printing the shipping return label she handed me the bottom second page of the label which only had a tracking number. I told he I needed the return receipt to which she replied the tracking number is the receipt. I complained that the "receipt" she gave me doesn't look like the type of FedEx receipt I normally get. I told her this doesn't even have the date or time on it. She told me I don't need some thing with the date and time in it if I have the tracking number. I explained to her that this is a return item and I want to have some thing to prove when I turned it in for shipping. After making faces and gestures that indicated I was exasperating her. She finally printed me the normal FedEx receipt. Very disappointed with the service I received at this location. Maybe it was a one off and a frustrating day for them but I guess I got to take the brunt of it.
