Went the Saturday after Thanksgiving before noon to do Amazon return. Closed. Four days later went a little before closing - which means they are OPEN- and guy complained and would open other register so I could get a label printed (which I would pay for). Then waited on two more people. When I commented that I had tried to come Saturday they claimed to be open till 3:30. See photo below, not open. read more

Left my home to have one print made, and several papers to overnight. We were having trouble with the printing but it was figured out. I opened my notebook, placed the print on the very top of the bunch. I gave it to him, he puts it in a vanilla envelope, looks at the address on the smaller envelope, and tells me they don't send mail to PO Boxes. I needed it sent overnight. So I close my notebook, which has piles of other unnecessary paperwork, and went to my car. I noticed the email we printed was was not on top. I walked back into the store, and was assured it was there. I'm upset, and I leave straight for home. I thought maybe I just shoved everything in there. So, home to UPS,UPS to home. I stay in the driveway and look for the important paperwork. It's not there. The one letter we printed was not there. I went through everything over and over, but that particular paperwork was not there. It had brain scans in rainbow colors, handwritten pages...it was very different from the other paperwork. This is all for a mental health issue, so don't ask why I didn't make prints, please. I was upset before even going into the store. I remember him placing it in the larger envelope, then I did not get it back. Going back into the store should have been a reminder, but again, I was stressed, and he said I have it. My car is completely empty except for golf clubs in the way back. They didn't slip out in the car, they didn't slip out in the parking lot, I was 10' from the door. They didn't slip out in the store. I was expecting a delivery today. I was told that it would be between 2p - 6p. I was sitting in my apartment since 5a reading with my two dogs. I get an e-mail at 11:59a saying my delivery was rescheduled. I look into it and find that they are telling me that they tried delivery 5 minutes ago. This is an outright lie. As far as I am concerned this company has continuously shown disregard for any living creature. They believe that we are here for them. My encounter with "customer service" was a conversation with AI. It couldn't even realize what a question was with an exclamation point after it. I ended up thanking it for the content. Most likely the best UPS store in the area. The young man behind the counter who always seems to be here when I stop in is always pleasant and willing to help. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to this location over the others. Even the one walking distance from my house. Prices to ship things are a bit high, but it's par for the course. read more

Favorite location hands down. Friendly, fast, and helpful. Store was busy but they welcomed everyone customer that came in, moved quickly from person to person meeting their needs efficiently, and the store smelled great (fresh flowers or something not like packing materials). The notary was also excellent, double checked all our documents for us and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. 10/10 would recommend this particular store over many other UPS stores we have used in the past for our business. read more

I called ahead because I read some google reviews of the company stating they were not UPS. So I wasn't sure if I could send my package with them. (what's that even mean- your name literally says ups store- they should have explained that better) The employee I spoke with told me "yes they can take packages." I asked about the shipping label (I had it via email) asked if that was okay she says "Yes thats fine. We will just get it printed off" I said "great see you in a bit." I get there just to be told by a different employee their systems have been down all day. & they can't take my package. Nor can they print off any labels. That's completely fine. I had some last minute Christmas packages to send out. As I approached the front door of the UPS store carrying 2 heavy boxes, I was wondering how I was going to open that door without putting the packages down first. Before I knew it, I could see an employee running to get the door for me. I thought that was great. The process to get my shipments labeled and prepared took maybe 5 minutes. The gentleman handling my transaction was very informative and told me exactly what the cost was per shipment before he moved on to the next one and verified they may not make it for Christmas (which I already knew). I asked him to put some extra tape on the boxes just for my piece of mind and he gladly did that. Great service and fast process at this UPS store. read more

I ordered a package recently and paid for 2 day shipping which cost me and extra $56 for my product. I expected to get it Monday because i ordered Friday come to find out weekends don't count, meaning i had to wait an extra 2 days to get my product. FINALLY the day of delivery comes and i wait by my door forever and no one's comes but i get an email stating they are going to drop my package off at some coffee shop. So i had to pay for them to pick it up from the coffee shop and re-deliver it to me, which they never delivered it in the first place. I eventually got my package but the whole thing was a mess and i absolutely hated it, never again UPS never again. I wish i Just paid for ground service if i was going to be waiting for a week anyway. read more

Worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. I went into the UPS store to ship two boxes yesterday. Went to the counter and spoke to AJ and said that I needed to ship two boxes. Without a 'hello' or a smile, AJ just looked at me and said phone number. I gave her my number. She said she could not find the address and seemed really annoyed with me. I gave her another number and she was able to locate the address. We finished the transaction and I left. An hour later, I realized I had made a mistake. The address AJ found in the computer was the wrong one in California (and not the most recent we had used to ship boxes to our daughter). I returned to the store immediately hoping they still had the boxes on site. Fortunately, the boxes were still right by the counter, and AJ was able to put the correct address labels on them. She charged me for the new shipment address, but when I asked about crediting my credit card back for the wrong shipment, she said she would not do that since it was my fault. While I admit it was my fault, it would be one thing if the packages had left the store, but literally all she had to do was get them and put new labels on them. I am in the the customer service business and deal with customers on a regular basis. We do everything in our power to make it a great experience for our customers even when they happen to make a mistake! This was really a poor display of how to treat the customer. Unfortunately I like to use this location frequently for my business and personal packages.That will not be happening anymore. read more

I stopped in to ship out packages that were totaling over $200 in shipping fees. I had been at the store before and somebody had helped me carry in the packages that were a little bigger and bulkier. She was extremely nice and helpful! This time the gentleman working(Who was working the previous time as well and did not help me but let the woman help me carry in some heavy boxes). I asked him if somebody could help me carry in a couple boxes and he mumbled something. That is after I had called for help as there was nobody out front to help a customer. I asked him to repeat it and he said " i'll get you a dolly." I asked him if he would be able to help me with the boxes. He said " No,I didn't load them into your vehicle." I was the only person in the business at this time. There was no other customers. The lack of customer service and the snotty attitude from this employee was the end of me doing business with this location. There are a lot of people Out of work right now who would be happy to do his job. I've tried to locate the name of the owner of this location and I have not been able to do so. I wanted to personally speak to the owner and have not been able to do that. Our company probably ships out $1000 a month on the average. They have lost all our business!! read more

I asked when I shipped my package if it was insured and they told me it was for $100. The young man neglected to tell me it is only insured by that store if THEY pack it. When the package arrived at it's destination, it was severely damaged. I tried to file the claim online but UPS corporate said it had to be filed through the shipper--the store on 84th street. When I called the store, they said it had to be filed through corporate. Finally, I got both on the line on a 3-way call and UPS corporate told the store that THEY had to file the claim for me. So it went back and forth. This store would not answer my calls anymore and would not return my calls. I finally had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They finally got UPS corporate to handle the claim, but the resolution was sent back to this store on 84th again and since they won't answer my calls, I have no idea if UPS agreed to reimburse me for the insurance claim. I will NEVER use this store again. The store on 79th & Dodge is much, much better. read more

To be short list place sucks I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I had to send an overnight package to my sister who was on a trip to Las Vegas and I needed it to be overnight. I quoted the package online for the weight destination to get a price. When I got into the store they charge me over $20 more for the same package. When I show the guy my quote and I asked why it was so much different he simply said I don't know. The tracking receipt says that they charged us for 4 pounds when the package was only one. As far as I'm concerned they owe me over $20. If there's a minimum weight limit you should be told that in the beginning. I can guarantee you I won't be shipping with this UPS store again I don't even know thatI would UPS again. read more

Very slow service. employees didnt have an understanding of what they were doing. Many people waiting in line frustrated, including myself. I mailed the same item in Lincoln at a UPS and was in and out the door in less than half the time. In my experience as a business owner I definitely wouldnt come back to this location. read more
