This place is a disaster!! I have dropped off multiple Amazon returns on separate occasions and multiple items have gone "missing". On one instance I had to get my money back from Amazon because it had been 7 weeks and they could not find my package, investigate properly or even just refund me my money for THEIR mistake. I would NEVER recommend this location as they seem to have workers who cannot get their job in order. I will be reporting this issue to corporate. read more

I am in a group that exchanges used jigsaw puzzles (nerdy - I know!!). I had a rather large 16 lb. box to ship and stopped at the UPS Store over my lunch break. The parking wasn't as bad as I thought it would be around weekday lunchtime and I got a spot right by the door. The store employee greeted and assisted me right away. The price was probably much cheaper than it would have been via USPS. The process was pretty painless and I was on my way quickly with a receipt and tracking # in hand. No complaints. Been here a few times to drop off packages that were prepaid. Every time the people working have been polite and never a wait it seems. Tucked in a strip mall north of Dodge, I have used this location several times in the past to ship work stuff out. What's great is that if you've shipped to the person from this UPS Store in the past, they have it on file. Just give them your phone number and they can look up your account and WAH-LAH, history of previous shipments! Also, they will pack your item(s) for you to ship if you'd like, but it costs more. They will bubble wrap, pack it in styrofoam peanuts, whatever is needed. A message will be sent to your preferred email address that has the tracking information; sending you a note that it's been delivered. They offer great service and are professional. This location is often busy (especially around the holidays) so when you bring your item to ship, make sure you bring a little patience too. read more

Look, I'm a pro-service industry guy, and I really never write reviews because I get it, it's hard to run a business; but this was just -- sheesh, come on, man. I walk in, an employee asks how they can help me. In short... ME: "Hey I'd just like to mail a passport application and have a passport photo taken." EMPLOYEE: "Oh well I don't do passport photos." [turns to other employee] "Do you do passport photos?" "No." [turns back to me] "Yeah only the boss does passport photos." [awkward silence] ME: "Oh, okay. Can he do that then?" EMPLOYEE: "No he's not here. You can go up the road to Walgreens though." I can literally see the screen where they take the passport photos. In the ensuing conversation the elderly employee exuded zero confidence with operating digital equipment and the second employee exuded zero confidence that his English was at a proficiency that he was comprehending. At this point I don't want to trust them with something where accuracy is so important anyway and don't argue. I walk out, figure I'm, the one who messed up, and go to the website only to find out I'm not crazy: FROM THE WEBSITE: "Passport Photos Traveling abroad? Need to renew your passport? Stop by today to get your passport photo taken at The UPS Store location on 7914 W Dodge Rd." Oh, well maybe I should have scheduled an appointment. FROM THE WEBSITE: "Appointments are for your convenience, but not required for any service." So what could have been a one-stop-shop for me turned into three after I handled the photo elsewhere, and went somewhere else again to mail it because I refuse to give my money and trust my old passport and application to a business location with untrained employees like that. read more

This place is the worst. I had trouble printing my shipping label at home & they made me use the pay-by-the-minute computer to print it myself. After $5 of time I still could not print my label, and they still would not help me. Ended up paying $3 more for great customer service at FedEx. Won't be back. read more

These guys really get the meaning of customer service and they get the job done. I never have to worry when sending a package across the country whether it is a return to Amazon or an antique family possession. I really think that this UPS store and the company they stand for do what the post office only wishes they could do. I purchased some items from The Auction Mill and spoke with Manish at the UPS store. He held my items for ransom by - in effect - charging me 3 times the going rate in shipping my items to California. He pocketed $600 extra Dollars in the shipments. Buyer beware. I managed the pottery studio further down the plaza and we used this location often. They were always kind and quick.

I use this store for most of my UPS shipping and supplies when I need them. I love the fact that they save the addresses that I have shipped to before as this saves a lot of time. I also appreciate that fact that I can just drop off returns and don't have to wait for a receipt if I am in a hurry. It can get pretty busy over the holiday season but that is true of most other places. I am usually greeted when I come in, I just wish it could be with a smile. read more

Service is not everything they should also check on the prices, my company paid for the transportation charges but I was charged more than $ 30 for laptop box. I was not even shown the box & was told to leave. This is not the way UPS should treat its customers & I am pretty sure you can buy such boxes for laptops at below half the price of UPS. I strongly recommend all customers to buy these boxes from other places before you even walk into UPS den or get ready to be skinned. read more

I came here to send one package and I had all my information ready so it wouldn't take long. The second I get in the door I'm not greeted (which didn't really bother me but still not good business) and there are three men working two are with customers and one on the phone on what sounded like a personal call (but I don't know). I waited for around 20 mins and was still not helped or even looked at for that matter and as I was leaving one of the guys rushes after me leaving the customer he was helping saying he could help me in just a few mins but I still took my business to FedEx where I was helped immediately. Let me start with this. I know how difficult running a business can be. I have never ever given a business a bad review, but consumers need to be warned. The clerk said it would cost $160 to ship a light little box to London. I gave him opportunity to correct himself many times. Thieves. Very dishonest. I ordered a presentation online and called to make sure I could get it by the end of the day. The staff there barely had a clue of what I was talking about. Not very bright or customer friendly when I picked up the presentation. FedEx has much better service and the price is about the same. read more

I was there one minute before closing time and I was treated great, the staff was friendly and serviceable.

I actually go to a different location in the summer because they keep the air conditioning near what feels like 85 degrees. I can only take off so many layers before I get to skin. It takes awhile to get waited on and standing there in that oppressive heat, I'm drenched before I get back outside. Also, there are usually three men working, when I get in behind a customer, I can see on of them doing something on his smart phone, he looks up once in awhile and goes back to what he is doing. I can see there is another guy in the back that looks out once in awhile, he must be packing up items as he does not come out to the other register to help those in line. Maybe the guy playing on his phone is a manager or owner and feels it's beneath him to help the customers, and if that is so....then he's going to be looking for another place to work one day as that is very rude and there is a lot of competition out there. In the winter, I use this place as it's about 6 blocks from my house on the way to work. Service? Iffy Environment? super hot and uncomfortable, except in winter. read more
