Woo! We've visited a few times now, and the staff is very nice and super helpful. The store itself is super clean and well organized. They sell shipping supplies, have an industrial printer, and offer a workstation/computer for projects. Basically everything you'd need for any print job or package sending. I also found out they have private mailboxes, shredding, engraving, and Notary services - which I didn't know they offered any of those items! I know a UPS Store isn't a huge thing to get excited about, but for me it is, due to the close proximity and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this location!

the absolute worst service and reliability. i dropped off my verizon router return to them which…read morehad a prepackaged sticker. it was never received and they were if little help to me after going in, leaving messages and trying to get verizon to stop billing me for the unreturned shipment. i sensed it when i walked in and two young kids said that thy would take care of it and did not seal the box in my sight. i have all the information that they provided me but it leads to nowhere. now verizon has put the $300 charge on my credit report. i spoke to the owner and he was kind and did do some research but it still showed nothing. i went back and left my number and told the attendant that i needed the owner to submit an affidavit or proof that the box shipped from their facility. to this day no reply. this was not just a matter of the pkg not arriving but horrible effects on my credit.

I also noticed a trend that people seem to show up by the masses and then leave all at the same time. As I left, Alex wished me a nice day and began cleaning counters. As I sit in my car and write this review, Krystal is currently cleaning the windows, because no patrons are inside. There are certain character traits of employees that you cannot train. You cannot train someone to care as if they own the business. These two individuals exemplify that X Factor. There are so many unknowns when coming to a UPS store. You have no idea how much something is going to cost or how long it is going to take to get there. What you do know, is that you've already paid for an item with your hard earned money, and now you're adding to that cost to get it to where it needs to be. Having individuals review all the options with you patiently allows you to make a good decision and feel comfortable. Your item is in good hands and will arrive timely to the destination. I want to close with my appreciation for how speedily they do their job. You do not feel rushed with your decision making however, somehow they get through a line of people so quickly it's impressive. Thanks!

My daughter recently got married and created all of their invitations, programs. menus, seating chart, welcome sign, etc. When we were looking for someplace to do the printing, I called around and luckily found this Fed Ex printing location near our home. The employees were friendly, I easily sent them PDFs with instructions on several occasions, and had a quick 48 hour return with perfect results every time!!

My daughter backed into a FedEx truck today and she told me when she explained how delivery trucks always park on the side of the house away from the garages the person who's vehicle she backed into said to put a sign up. A sign.. really dude? I mean you did her a favor by pissing her off because she was headed to a soccer game and sorry for the team she was playing but everyone she went up against ended up on the ground. Have some respect next time.. especially to a 16 year old. Thanks for delivering her shoes though.
