They could not deliver to an access point. They have no place for me to pick it up. I asked if they could walk it over to Fed-X and have them deliver it. They can't do that either. They are a bunch of buffoons. GO FEDX. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE. They may have been good at one time (80s? 90s?) but not anymore! I would attach a photo but I have no package to photograph!

Now mind you today is 03/11 and yesterday I spoke to someone from some distribution center here in Omaha. Ok how can it show departing Illinois and arriving in Omaha. Packages can't be scanned until it gets to each destination. It wants to talk about significant weather alert. Now mind you this weather that happened around here happened 3/4 and 3/5 for part of the day. So they really need to get it together and find my package. Regularly I get other people's mail in my box, which makes me wonder how much of mine I never get because it went into someone else's box. I have had packages that they sat on for a month because they never put a notice in my box to alert me that I hadone behind the counter and have had packages that tracking shows they were delivered but owner could never find and all he would do is shrug his shoulders and say "I don't know." Never an apology or anything. Have always paid for 6 months at a time for box rental and suddenly this last time with no warning it was increased to a full year. At one point the driver entered a turn-only lane and then drove straight through the intersection towards oncoming traffic to cut me off. This was around 68th and Blondo where it turns into a RESIDENTIAL area and is also right by a school! Any items on that truck were definitely being thrown around with the way the driver was gunning the gas pedal at every opportunity. If their drivers are actively ignoring the laws of the road and putting other drivers in danger, I wouldn't trust them with my business.

Absolutely terrible distribution center. I dread when my packages get delivered USPS because I…read morealways know they're going to get bottlenecked in Omaha and be late. Most recently I had a package get checked into and out of two different facilities in the same day. On the 18th my package was accepted and shipped out from a facility in Franklin, IL then accepted and shipped out from a facility in Chicago, IL on the same day, the package arrived in Omaha early in the morning and then just sat there for multiple days without being touched. This is ridiculous performance from the Omaha crew. Either the employees or the facility management needs completely overhauled. My USPS packages are always late and it's ONLY ever Omaha that holds them up. Do better.
