writing less than positive reviews is never fun…read more i had a package rerouted to this post office after i realized the original shipping address was incorrect. i went in today to pick it up after getting notified it was ready. they were slammed which is understandable and i'll never dock a place for being busy. the customer service i received was honestly, terrible. the lady helping me was very rude and it just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. if i have to visit a USPS location in the future, i will probably choose a different location. i sincerely hope the USPS gets the support they deserve and i know COVID gas been hard on them, but a little kindness goes a long way! happy holidays yelpers!

This is our local FedEx office now and we love them!…read more We host a pub quiz so we do a lot of printing of quiz sheets, visual keys, etc - and they always come through with great quality prints. They've even been calling me when my print job is done so I know I can come grab it (I live one minute away, so I do appreciate that). This location has a lot of project stations where you can get things copied, blown up, or design a poster/banner/anything at their computer station and have it printed right there. We've also done some shipments through them, and they've helped with the packaging and insurance and everything, to make sure our items got there safe and sound! I'm usually not a big fan of FedEx as a delivery service, in general, as I've had quite a few issues with deliveries I've received from them. But this FedEx as a location is the exception to the rule, as the staff is kind and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and the printed products are excellent!

Her willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference in my experience. It's rare to encounter someone who truly cares about their customers, and Amy exemplifies this quality. Thanks to her, I feel much better and valued. She was the third staff member I've contacted, and the first to come off genuine. She gave exceptional service. I was gunna give up. I'm not sure why they call it an emporium, but…read moreit may have to do with the fact that it closed for lunch between 12:45 and 2:00 and unlike most normal locations, they don't open at all on Saturdays. As far as I can tell one woman runs the whole show here. Because of that there's almost always a line, but she's great as her job so it moves fairly quickly. Despite the lack of manpower this is a full service retail location, not merely a pickup/dropoff point. You can ship packages anywhere in the world, buy money orders and stamps etc. The line can get long, especially right before the 12:45 shutdown. If all you're doing is dropping off a pre-labeled package, you might want to consider the 21st and Leavenworth location.

Thankfully, the Post Office at 16th and Farnam is a refreshing change from these stereotypes! The two regular employees are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they get to know their regulars, which I really appreciate. Tammy in particular is always super cheerful. They also move the line along as quickly as possible, and are always apologetic if things drag (not necessary, but appreciated!). Furthermore, any time I've had questions or been uncertain about they best way to ship something, they've always cheerfully offered helpful suggestions. My only criticism is that they have relatively short hours, and are not open on Saturdays. This means I either need to slip out of work or go to to a different post office when I want to ship something. Personally, I'd rather play hooky from work than go somewhere else.
