They were also VERY careful with our things. When moving, you always expect some things to be scratched or small things broken, just by the nature of moving - but that really was not the case after Roland moved our things. Plus, they said they would be there at 10 A.M. and they were there at 9:58 A.M.! We had two spaces that we needed their help with: Unloading into our storage unit and into our apartment... on the third floor. There were no complaints from his guys and for both locations they were EFFICIENT even on a hot and humid day. I should also mention there was a moment where Roland needed to take a call and asked for permission. Totally not necessary but so respectful and we noticed! Roland also was great in guiding his guys on how to move or lift things properly if there was any question. He did not leave them to their own devices if there was a heavy or unwieldy item. We will have to move again in a few months and we will absolutely be starting with Roland, if his team is available. They took apart our furniture and put it back together. Took tvs off wall mounts and mounted them back up at our new house. Ryan even came back the next day and helped with a few odds and ends that we had forgot to ask for the day before. Our washing machines motor went out two days after we moved in, I reached back out to Ryan to see if he could move the old one out and a new one in and he came over same day. I was lucky that the timing was right! They are not the cheapest movers, but also not the most expensive. But absolutely worth every penny. I would not use anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Never again Went to…read moremakes copies... stood at the counter for 10 minutes (literally) before being helped. Handed my 1 sheet of paper and asked for 75 copies... was told I would get an email when fone (I am standing at the counter in the store)... said I was waiting.. was told I was 8th in line (no one else there waiting) and the print giy didn't come in until 2pm (this is 10:30)... said I came into the store for simple copies now... he said that would be an express job and cost $7 more... Horrible customer service and business model.. Left for another store - will never do business at Office Depot again. (Went to FedEx on 72nd & Hwy 370 in Papillion- Wonderful service and was cheaper).
