I had bought a mattress protector bag and showed it to their lead guy twice. He forgot to use it. Mattress arrived dirty from pod. Lightweight fragile boxes were placed under heavy boxes. A fragile painting box was jammed into a space too small. Wood furniture and painted furniture were placed wedged against each other, damaging both prices. Furniture with glass was not wrapped and more glass broke. Tried to contact owner and no response. Scammers at best.

We had two spaces that we needed their help with: Unloading into our storage unit and into our apartment... on the third floor. There were no complaints from his guys and for both locations they were EFFICIENT even on a hot and humid day. I should also mention there was a moment where Roland needed to take a call and asked for permission. Totally not necessary but so respectful and we noticed! Roland also was great in guiding his guys on how to move or lift things properly if there was any question. He did not leave them to their own devices if there was a heavy or unwieldy item. We will have to move again in a few months and we will absolutely be starting with Roland, if his team is available.
