The people working here very nice and accommodating. However they do not know how to pack plates and bowls for shipping! I just received my package shipped from this location to my home in CA. Nothing marked fragile or glass on the box! Dishes and bowls not wrapped individually but piled together and wrapped together and no peanut styrofoam to cushion between pieces! I now have 6 pieces that are broken! I'm not sure if anyone in a supervisory role reviewed this packaging job it's so bad!! I will be calling tomorrow!! Not happy these items were from my mothers home who passed away last year. read more

A package of mine was lost by UPS in July and the UPS store provided little support or responsiveness in the effort to open a claim. Bear in mind these are franchised locations so you cannot open a claim on your own behalf with UPS, they basically open their own internal claim and then proceed to "update" you. My claim was effectively never filed nor did the store respond to me for months until after the claim window was passed (November) at which point they responded saying my claim was denied (which made no sense). Details of the BBB case: The UPS Store, operated by KDH Enterprises, failed to submit a claim on behalf (as required by UPS) and then refused to provide updates. On 7/7, I filed a claim for a UPS package with insurance that was lost by UPS which was routed to Orlando but never left the Jacksonville UPS terminal. Because the UPS Store franchises are the shipping party they are responsible for submitting claims directly to UPS. The ticket was filed under claim number CEXXXXX with the UPS Store which is independently owned and manages claims through KDH Enterprise LLC. After repeated phone follow ups (and emails) they opened the same case number again after a phone call on August 27th (same case number). Upon emailing them again in November they began responding and promptly informed me that my claim was determined to be invalid after investigation, however, the associated tracking number and shipping history is now beyond the point where I can dispute nor was any evidence provided. read more

I do a lot of service with this UPS every and have NEVER experienced the treatment that is being described here. Yes, I have had some lost packages but that's not there fault it's the fault of the UPS, FedEx, or USPS systems at large. I suggest checking your attitude at the door before you go in. A smile can make a difference on both sides of the counter. read more

if I could give a negative star I would. I paid this store to ship and insure a package worth $1,600. The package weighed 112 pounds. when the package arrived at Lanham, MD the box was empty and thrown away. I filed an insurance claim with the UPS store. After several visits to the store they told me I had to file a claim with UPS corporate which I did. UPS corporate said the claim had to be filed at the franchise store. I took that email from corporate back to the store and they said they will file a claim and I would get email confirmation. That was 2 months ago. when I go to the store for updates all I am told is they have no information and it could take up to 6 months for any information. I am out the $1,600 plus the $399 I paid the store for freight and insurance. I would appreciate being contacted by the franchise owner to help me get my money back. if not I will file a complaint with the state of MD franchise department. read more

I walked in to 3 employees standing behind 3 wokstations with scales and computers. One customer was being served at the middle computer. I got no greeting or recognition that I was waiting and nobody else would handle my simple transaction. Basically a rude and disrespectful staff who just doesn't care about customer experience. Wish I could give negative 1. This is a UPS franchise yet they have no UPS mailers. So had to purchase their box. Ok fine, how much could a small cardboard box be? $8.20. If I could I would give it a zero star because the services were so bad. the lady had the worst attitude towards me. The printers couldn't print the documents clearly and the color printer was broken and then the lady blamed me for the issues and for having concerns with their systems not working and being able to fax an urgent document out and I had to leave because she told me to leave because she had such a bad attitude towards me who is only trying to help her fix the printer so that they could work to be able to fax the documents. I highly recommend never going to the store and also not working with the UPS store in general. read more

They are a bunch of rude individuals. I was verbally assaulted as I walked in with a heavy box. The woman working yelled "do you have a mask?". I looked around and said no. She told me quite rudely "you can't be in the store!". Is there a new mask mandate that I am unaware of? I set the box down on the floor and went to my vehicle to find a mask. I returned to the store with a mask and approached the counter. I could sense a major attitude from this woman. I was returning some Directv equipment. She stood in front of the computer for 30 seconds and said the system had froze therefore she couldn't help me. This was total BS! I try to think the best of people but I see discrimination all over this. Based on other reviews and my experience, it has merit. Ultimately, I went to the Ocean View store. I had no problem entering the store without a mask and they had no problem processing the equipment return. read more

Absolutely horrible. I will not be returning to this location. The "supervisor" (whom has ZERO customer service skills whatsoever) had an attitude from the moment I walked in the door. Additionally, she didn't even know how to work the computer system correctly so an error happened which ended up costing me $96 to mail SEVEN T-shirt's to AL. She refused to talk with a UPS store in AL to complete the transaction correctly. I am waiting to speak to the owner, Hector. Bottom line: Save your time & money and go to the store is Salisbury. Much better store then the OC one. read more

Very helpful service. Convenient, clean, new equipment. I dropped by to print off a few documents and was able to login quickly and print off what I needed. There was one gentleman working who was a bit busy in attending customers, but managed to juggle multiple requests. I would recommend if you need quick helpful printing and packaging services. read more

Terrible business. I took an expensive piece of antique pottery to them to pack & ship. It was valued at $425. They did a terrible job & the pottery was destroyed. I've been waiting for over a month for my refund. Owner does not communicate, the staff is incompetent. Never use this business. read more
