I drop packages off at this location all the time to return, I used to get my return receipt, it would just be extra paper and I would end up just leaving it in my car, so I decide to go to return something, it was a lady working behind the desk this time, and she asked if I would like a receipt and I said no it's okay, because I've never had issues returning stuff there before, well I dropped this package off on October 26th, I reach out to the company November 11th wondering if they had received my return they said no and sent me a link, the ups link said that they did not even receive the package, I go back to the store thinking maybe it got misplaced and they had it there and they said basically there is nothing they can do, and how do they know I dropped it off there, basically like it isn't there problem, if they check the cameras they would see I dropped the package off, but I wasn't gonna make it a big deal so I reached out to ups, and the company I bought the clothes from and they said since it never even got to the carrier there is nothing they can do because there is no return receipt from staples, very disappointed and basically out 155$ and don't know what happened to the package I will not be trusting them with my packages ever again very shady! read more

Oh my gosh! I have always had quick, helpful, friendly service at this Staples Store but yesterday was very different. I went to the store to purchase an Amazon Fire Tablet. I checked online before going to the store and there were supposed to be two available. The sales person went to the stock room and told me there weren't any in the store but she could order one. I told her that I came to the store because there were supposed to be two available. Her response was "I just looked and there are none." I was very disappointed that she didn't look a second time or ask another sales person for help. I felt very dismissed. My 7 year old granddaughter was with me and when we left the store she made the comment "that lady wasn't very nice." I went home and ordered the tablet myself but not from Staples. read more

I needed to print out an e-mail, sign it and fax it somewhere else. I came here because I thought Staples motto was "That was easy." It was not. Apparently, I have to upload my print job to the staples.com server. This cannot be done from the iPhone. I would have had to go back to my car, get the laptop out, crank it up, do the upload, and then wait for their server to approve it. Pay to print it out. Sign it. Then fax it. That's not that easy when you're in Phase I of Hurricane Evacuations and trying to outrun Irene. The staff was nice about it. But it was just not easy. I left and hoped I lived to sign the affadavit another day. read more

Great customer service!! i came in this evening after the print center was closed and I needed to print two shipping labels. I asked the cashier and he helped me get started on the self service printer. The one label was for a Amazon return and I was struggling on the self service machine the cashier that helped me get started appeared and asked me if I needed help... he explained I could not print it through self service but helped me get the item printed in the print center even though it was closed for the evening. He then helped me seal up my package attached the label and then scanned the item for me..I am totally impressed he really went the extra mile read more

I go here often and although store Personnel is very helpful, I can't help notice how dirty the floors of this store are. Very surprising for Staples store and makes you feel like the entire store is shabby. The floors are filthy. read more

Do not know his last name but Chris a computer tech went above and beyond to fix my daughters laptop. After he informed us it would cost more than the computer cost and I was only going to be able to afford a small tablet for her (3 days after Christmas ) he found a store demo at the price of the tablet , never leaving my side while the store was very busy.
