I called nearly a dozen notaries in the South Hills -- and while many of them were likely just fine, none of them answered their phone! I called Back Office Plus, got a live human on the phone who was very personable, and verified that I could get the document notarized today by 7 pm -- despite not even calling until just after 5 pm. The process was easy peasy, reasonably priced, and done with super friendly service. We were also impressed by the sheer range of services offered, so I'm sure we'll be back soon.

When it comes to simple and efficient prepaid returns, FedEx reigns supreme!!!…read more Will I ever purchase shipping through them? No, it is too expensive compared to other consumer choices (USPS or UPS) But... when a company sends me a prepaid option, FedEx will always be the pick!! You simply print out the return on normal paper. Box it up. They provide the label sleeve for your paper and they have the most well-laid out self service kiosk for you to handle all the rest. Bonus points - when you scan in your package, they even tell you, if you missed the current pickup window for the day and when your package will next be shipped. Flawless, simple, quick! Exactly what it should be to do a return.

This place is EXCELLENT. Aaron and his team are master packers -- I had a delicate, expensive item…read moreto ship and was seriously unsure whether we could ship it without it being ruined en route. It was a silk floral arrangement that needed to be contained in a box without the flowers on top being crushed, or the vase on bottom getting broken. Aaron did some serious magic....it involved gluing one box into another box, putting padding in between the two ... securing the vase to the bottom, and creating an inviolable chamber on top for the flowers to breathe in...making sure that if the box was thrown around in transit, everything would be safe. And it was. Truly amazing. They are also very nice to deal with. I really prefer going to this small, personal, thoughtful place where they take the time to problem solve, where they are sensitive to costs, and where they execute extremely well.

I went there yesterday because I needed to mail something to my grandmother that was very important…read moreto her. There was an older male employee who was extremely rude to me. I understand that I showed up a couple of minutes before closing, but I didn't realize that until he mentioned it. I even asked him if he had time to help me, and if not, I would have gladly come back the next day. Instead, he snatched the box out of my hand and was very passive-aggressive. A lady walked in right after me, and he was rude to her as well--she only needed stamps. After she left, he made a smart comment to me, saying I was going to be the reason more people would come in, even though no one else came in besides that one lady. After I finished writing everything he needed, he took the box and the marker out of my hand and slammed the marker into the cup on the counter. I completely understand that people have bad days, but there's no reason to be aggressive or treat customers that way. Hopefully next time he chooses to be a bit kinder.

How does this poor Postal worker get anything done with such a short break? I can tell you how as I sat in the parking lot at 2:13 waiting for the door to open at 2:15 again walked in. I was the first customer there had some cards that I was sending out for Easter. They were a little heavier, so I was concerned that they may need a little bit extra postage on them so I asked the employee if he could tell me if they were OK and certainly the first couple he just grabbed them from the box that he has sitting next to him and shook them a little bit and went. Yeah, these are fine and I added some other others that needed stamps after I purchased them and I asked him to check these also he says " I don't have time for that"was only nine additional cards and he said" I'm starting to get a line" maybe two more people behind me constitutes a line but satisfying a customer is certainly a bigger deal for US government employee so I'm just saddened by the fact that he felt that he didn't have enough time after his little lunch break and he was probably worn out from you maybe lunch I was his first customer at 2:15 and he couldn't find the time to finish up my purchase so sad! He also recommend recommended that I find a post office that had more than one employee so he didn't have to strain himself doing this. Very unbelievable task of checking the weight of a card.!
