I called at least 3-5 times every week trying to locate my packages because the original tracking numbers were bogus. The staff there didn't know where my packages were for weeks, until finally someone discovered them sitting at another facility. I spoke with Bill, the manager/owner and he never had answers for me. When I called and left messages or emails seeking new tracking numbers, my calls were never returned. Bill became annoyed and rude, at times, when I would call because he was "sick of dealing with this". Trust me dude, I was too.
