The staff there didn't know where my packages were for weeks, until finally someone discovered them sitting at another facility. I spoke with Bill, the manager/owner and he never had answers for me. When I called and left messages or emails seeking new tracking numbers, my calls were never returned. Bill became annoyed and rude, at times, when I would call because he was "sick of dealing with this". Trust me dude, I was too.
