Hello Carbon Colors staff, My name is DONALD BELAND…read moreand I am 71 years old, and this is the first time I have ever written a review about a business. I was recently promoted to Chairman of all fundraising activities for the Dracut American Legion, and being new to the process, I was fearful I would screw things up, which would hurt the Legion's opportunity to help veterans of Dracut, and surrounding communities. I turned to Carbon Colors, and it was the best move of all. Ann and her staff greeted me with open arms, and their first question was what were my highest expectations. They listened to what I needed, then courteously offered their suggestions. I could tell right away that they are professionals. All the staff help each other, and their main goal is to produce a product that the customer is more than pleased with. Through your efforts, the Dracut Legion can continue to HELP several needy organizations in the Dracut community. Dracut is lucky to have you, and I wish you continued success in both of your businesses. Ann and her staff are phenomenal. It is a pleasure doing business with you, and there is no other place I would go. Thank you, Don Beland Lowell MA

Wow, can't believe I'm the first to review this -- this Kinko's has been here for a long time and…read morehas always done right by me. I was there last fall and the reason I'm writing this now is because I saw someone else's review of a kinko's and wanted to relay my positive experience with this one. 1. In all the years I've gone here, not only has no one ever given me any attitude or resistance, but they actually kinda pride themselves on bending over backwards to help. As much as I'm not a fan of corporate places, if they have the right leadership and teams, then I have to give them credit; 2. I went in to print a bunch of booklets for a holiday event. I thought someone else already had, but they hadn't, so this was LITERALLY a last minute request for like 20 twenty page booklets in color. I told them my situation and the guy said, "Sure, email me the pdf file and I should have them ready for you in a half hour" -- A HALF HOUR -- god bless the guy! He helped save the day. 3. In my haste, the guy forgot to quote me the price and I forgot to ask. I was caught off guard when the price of the previous order came to $250 but they were needed and it WAS competitive pricing so I didn't complain. Because he didn't quote me, he took responsibility, though, and entered the order a little differently so it showed up as a $205 order. That left a very good impression on me. I didn't complain and yet he still took responsibility for not quoting me the price and gave me a break. 4. They have internet connections there with different printers in case you need to go online to retrieve something and print it out yourself. It's a major convenience but it can add up fast at 20 cents/minute. 5. Their staff is friendly and competent so whenever I've needed help on the copier machines, they've always been able to set me straight with the right information. 6. The driveway here can be a tiny bit congested from like 11a-1pm since that's lunch time and there's a Starbucks in the same plaza. Overall, this Kinko's is a very friendly, accomodating Kinko's with everything I've needed for printing, faxing, copying and shipping.

As a graphic designer I'd already gotten everything laid out for them on a USB drive (and called in advance) but they basically dropped whatever else was going on in order to get it done within the hour. Everyone there was both friendly and polite for every step of the way. While I was there they even offered some of their own seating*, which I declined, but was a friendly gesture. The print quality of the poster was excellent, with near perfect color accuracy, and lastly they didn't charge a rush fee (which I was fully prepared to accept). *The aspect would be one area for obvious improvement at this location was the interior space: It feels pretty barebones in terms of comfort and presentation, and I was surprised that they haven't leveraged their printing capabilities to bring in a little color into the space. A few poster examples framed on the walls, an interesting banner perhaps, along with a simple but comfortable bench in the front would give a more "established" first impression. That said, it's the quality and service that counts most, and on those counts they are solid.
