Second, and here's the thing, for a few bucks more (if even) I'm being treated like a person and not a number. If I need to see something I can go down the street and look at it. If I want feedback I've developed a repour to get an honest answer. They went out of their way to make me happy. That's HUGE in my book. Once I approached the line to return a package, the cashier took three other customers before me, which was unfair. When I asked him about assisting me, he got an attitude and said he had to help those customers. His colleague rudely interrupted our conversation and said he had to help the paying customers first. Well, I was a paying customer, too. The cashier returned my package after which I promptly returned to the floor the merchandise I was going to purchase. Never again.
