Her tone and raise of voice at me throughout the conversation when I was being nothing but sweet. Brett again was amazing, he was very sweet. It's Maria that made me want to write this review. You should NOT talk to someone like that especially when I was not given any information about an extra charge.

This cute little shop only charges .22 cents a copy and has a very convenient email-pick up option that makes not owning a personal printer a no brainer! So worth it! I live near the village so often times I'll email my print request over to the shop and by the time I get there, it's already down and waiting for me. I'm usually printing pre-paid USPS labels for shipping items so I often use the little desk set up inside to apply my label to packages and then walk them over to the USPS on Forest. On busier days (or during covid) I had to wait outside but it really is not a place people hang out for a long time so you're never waiting long. This location is right across from Bank of America (on the east side) so using their lot for parking can be helpful too. Sometimes I see stacks of menus from the local restaurants or big signage waiting to be picked up too so you know this is a well-engrained local print shop and I'm happy to bring them my little print jobs as well.

I didn't see any workers, but the instructions were listed clearly on the printer. You basically just send an email to FedEx with an attachment of what you are printing. It takes a couple of minutes to get a code to print. Black and white copies were $0.24, color was more. The printers do default to color each time you print, so make sure to update if you just need B&W!

For TSA pre-check we were going to do a walk-in due to the site having issues but noticed they didn't do walk-ins but the guy working that day said he can probably help us out. He went as far as check the site to see if it was down and we got lucky that it wasn't! We filled out the application on our phone and immediately got helped afterwards. Was in and out for TSA pre-check stuff in also 10-15 minutes. Recommend coming here for passport photos, TSA-precheck and other needs.

I love this UPS store. It was my first time coming in, seeing as I have just moved to the area. I don't anyone, but the staff here made me feel like a friend. Oliver was especially helpful with my Amazon return. I guess I processed it wrong, and he took the time to help me figure it out on my Amazon account. He is such a polite, nice young man. He chatted with me and even gave me suggestions to his favorite restaurants and hang out spots! Now I know how to return my Amazon items online before I come to the UPS store, THANKS OLIVER!!!! I came in to drop off Amazon returns. They have an island in the middle of the store. I went to put up my returns in the island. Since there was a lady in line, and the other employee who I think is the owner was sitting on a chair in the back doing nothing, and did not move to the open register to help me. The island is on wheels and my heavy box dropped on my foot. No one asked if I was OK. Why have a place to set your items that moves. If my foot keeps hurting I will sue you. read more

Maybe I'm just used to the FedEx store around the corner from my office near John Wayne. I would expect, like FedEx, the other carriers USPS, DHL & UPS would be similar in what they had to offer when it came to customer service and packing materials. Of those 4 named, apparently UPS is the only one not to offer branded boxes or envelopes, unless purchased. The store has an older woman acting as manger and a younger girl there. I am shipping out a laptop, and some new business cards for my company and they provided printed UPS shipping labels. Since I only had FedEx boxes and shipping envelopes I drove over to this UPS store on Bristol Street, in Costa Mesa to procure some. The customer service, or lack thereof was apparent from the start with no greeting of any type offered when I entered. I said I was looking for shipping materials like FedEx has and was told there were none. I asked about their shipping envelops on the counter that stated "The UPS Store" on them but was told I had to purchase them. Five of those flimsy envelopes cost over $12 dollars! I asked for five of the clear self-adhesive label holders so I could place my printed labels in and was told no. There was stack of them on the counter, and I offered to buy them and was still told no. When asked how I should affix my label to the envelope, she shrugged her shoulders and said I should tape it. Fortunately, as I'm in upper management with my company, I do have some input as which vendors we should use when working with our 260 employees. The name FedEx will be first I have us call out on.

So nice! Sometimes there is a line but it always moves fast and I feel this store is more efficient than others. The only bummer is that it opened at 8:30am instead of 8:00am (I have another favorite UPS store and that one also opens at 8:30am - it seems like the best stores open at 8:30am) so I just wait until it opens. The good news is there's an awesome bagel store in this same shopping center so if I get to the UPS store early after dropping my kids off at school then I can just grab a bagel while I wait for them to open. This location is worth waiting for!
