The quick and thoughtful response I received for my previous very low Yelp review has reassured me that this is a business that cares about their customers, and that's so important to me. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and for addressing the issues I raised. read more

I use this UPS for all my Amazon returns. Its staff are friendly and professional. Adriana and Sean helped printing some flyers and it made the job so easy. Highly recommend this location over others. read more

You're always the best. Thank for being the best. Your company has always been good to me.

I just left my local UPS store on Bayside, Newport Breach and was assisted by a young man named Kole. He was not only very helpful and patient but more importantly very knowable as to what I needed Notarized. What I thought could be a very complicated matter was made simple and easy with Kole's assistance. I see that I'm not the first to provide a positiuve reveiew of Kole and I'm sure I won't be the last. As a former employer, I see Kole as definately future management material and should be acknowledged as such.. read more

When you haul butt to make it to your location that closes at 5pm and try pulling the door at 456pm and it's already locked. Someone else ran to the door at same time as me because, naturally we both actually expected to be able to drop our packages before 459pm Lame. read more

Great job guys! I went in and was a complete mess trying to figure out my Amazon return and Cole helped me out ! He was patient and didn't get annoyed that I'm so slow! Thanks again guys new place for my business read more

Adrianna was the best at helping me return my Amazon items! She did more than Amazon did itself. She was very graceful with helping me and multiple customers even though I was dealing with a large issue. Seriously managed half the store in a timely matter. Great attitude. read more

I used to go to the UPS store in Corona Del Mar since it's closer to my house. However, the lady who's normally there is a bit rude, not patient and made most of my visits there unpleasant. On a random day, I drove to this location and it was like night and day. People at the bayside dr. location are so patient, friendly and very efficient. Even though this location is a bit further, I drive here and have always been treated amazingly. read more

Wow what attitude. I normally have a great experience here. Adriana at the front was so unhelpful and rude. Every question a person asked she acted like it was a nuisance and treated us all like our questions were stupid. It's your job to answer questions and help people. read more

I sent a card to a friend in Austin, TX to have it be mailed in 3 business days. After 10 days, I finally get a text saying it's in a warehouse because they "couldn't access the address." Also it accidentally got delivered to New Jersey before making it to Texas. I told them to send it back here and demanded a refund and said they couldn't because they were "making an effort" to have it shipped. An absolute joke read more

Happy customer! Just came in to print some invoices and buy some pens. Early morning on a holiday weekend and they still had positive vibes and great customer service read more

I've been coming here for over a decade and their team is always on the ball, especially when many roll through on their phones, without labels or packages unprepared. This specific thanks goes to Adri for her recent help. Other associates include Jacob, Tyler, Joshua, and Kelly. Thanks, team! read more

Griffith, Gavin, and Jacob were amazing. Above and beyond. Highly recommend! The store was busy and they took care of all of our needs. Thanks again! read more

Called this store regarding a delivery. Owner (Phil) was very defensive and extremely rude. Avoid this business at all costs.

The Newport. Past store is fantastic!! Always willing to help with Amazon or regular mailings

The guys at the bayside drive UPS store are excellent. Quick and efficient and never long lines. Easy in and out.

Heavy set man i believe to be the owner talked over me when i was registering s complaint about a ups delivery, when i tried to reengage him he them began addressing the customer behind me. If i wanted rude i'd go to the post office. read more

Always helpful and friendly. I use them for all of my notaries which as a real estate investor can be frequent. I even moved my PO Box here. Great service. read more

I just 15 boxes to four different addresses. Some of my stuff was boxed. Some of it wasn't. I thought it was going to be a long process, but Todd Jack helped me out. He was incredibly fast and efficient in packing things up and very friendly. They let us use their dolly to bring in boxes. It was as pleasant an experience as you can have shipping lots of boxes. Thanks Todd! read more

The entire team here is Amazing!!! I usually roll in 1 or 2 times a month and these guys are efficient, professional and go over and above to get your parcels to you and mail kept for you while you are away. I highly recommend this UPS office in particular if you have a house boat in Newport, Balboa or Lido Marina's- VERY convenient. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY and SEAN is the very best!!! read more

I paid premium for 2nd day air package on Monday. When I called at the end of 2nd day, they said they will deliver it next day (Thursday). The school didn't receive it until afternoon of the 4th day (Friday). Due to long holiday weekend, my daughter didn't get her needed package until next Tuesday. All they could say was that nothing is guaranteed unless it's overnight delivery!!!! Are you serious? Why charged if you can't deliver? We don't pay high price so you can tell us you're overwhelmed or short staffed. That's not any parent's concern. Get it? I'm going to FedEx. read more

Came in the other week to print out my son's birthday invitations and received great customer service. Sean was very helpful and polite while helping me and the invitations came out great. read more

This is a wonderful store! Sean Angier is so polite, patient, and helpful!!! He helped me go through the step-by-step process of mailing very important goods to a store up North. I needed to fulfill so many different packaging parameters to meet the insurance requirements, but he knew exactly what to do. I will come back for sure. This place does it right. Friendly, fast, and inviting. Thank you!! read more

Hello all, I RARELY take the time to write a negative review but this one definitely deserves the time and effort! I walked in to the Newport store to pickup a package I had shipped myself from Houston. The youngster at the counter informed me (in a professional manner) that there would be an additional $5.00 pick up fee, I was a little confused as I shipped UPS to UPS store, no problem and then the older bald gentleman proceeds to tell me that it was a problem as I was not in their system (NOT in a professional manner) I replied that I have shipped to and from this location several times as we have had a boat here for over 6yrs now. He then very assertively told me again that they had to enter me into the system, I was a little confused as to why he would walk from the back of the store to the front AGAIN just to tell me the same thing again....I said ok, well I'm not sure why I'm not in the system as the younger gentleman completed the $5.00 transaction, the old guy then proceeded to tell me I could make other arrangements in the future so at that time I said DONT WORRY, I WILL MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS IN YHE FUTURE!!! Way to treat your customers DUDE! #FedExForMe read more

I use this location all the time. Everyone that works there is amazingly nice and helpful! The manager helped me last time and even cut down my box to save me money because the box size was causing a huge raise in the pricing. I cannot remember the last time I experienced customer service this great! read more

I had a PO Box at this UPS Store. Sean, Kevin and all the Associates that worked at this store were AMAZING! I had shipments delivered.....with a LOT of boxes which took up space, and they always greeted me with a friendly smile and called me by name. They are very courteous and were always looking for "how they could help me" instead of being uninterested like so many businesses today. It was a true pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone who loves great customer service! read more

The guys are very helpful and polite and will assist with some of the more complicated procedures of Amazon returns. Thank you

Everyone here knows what they are doing. They are polite, fast, and sharp. I've been using them long distance for a couple of years and couldn't be happier. Even if I'm a couple months late on paying for my box, they will still accept mail until I pay it. read more

Had a great experience with The UPS Store in Newport Beach on 1/12/17. We arrived with about two dozen packages of all shapes and sizes, and Jacob, Sean and others handled our shipment with great care and efficiency. They were very polite and very professional. Some of the packages we dropped off were labeled and ready to simply ship out. Others had no labels...just a business card or an address scribbled on a piece of paper and taped to the top of the box. Some of the boxes did not have any packaging at all and were very fragile. I feel like I backed-up my SUV to their front door and said, "Just take care of all of this." And they did! And it all was delivered on-time, with no lost/delayed packages, and no items broken. I was hosting a 200-person meeting nearby, so I probably won't ever have the opportunity to use this UPS Store again. But if you are hosting a meeting in the area (or just shipping a lot of stuff), this is where you need to go to get it done right! read more

FIRST RATE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My insurance claim for 1,000.00 was fully reimbursed with care, consideration and professionalism. I've had terrible experiences with insurance claims before but the owner and staff at THIS UPS store are really honest, hardworking and top notch. I had a large painting shipped to me from this store to NY and it arrived damaged. The painting needed to be sent back to the artist for retouching, the painting needed to be reframed and remounted with glass. The team worked with me at each stage of the process. FANTASTIC! read more
