I must have gone through the customer process wrong somehow. Or maybe Inkbox Printing is not a…read moresmall-project type of business. Either way here's my experience: I was looking for someone to make a 12" sign. I talked to Terry, the owner of the business, on the phone and he asked me to email him the design for the sign. After not hearing back from Terry for a few days, Cara reached out to me and was very helpful. Unfortunately, after some conversation back and forth via email, the project kept seeming to be forgotten. Cara even offered to make a second sign for free as an apology, which I accepted, but I never heard from anyone at Inkbox Printing again. I had a much better experience ordering a decal online. They printed my design and shipped it to my door in 3 days for $30.
