This is my first and last visit to this UPS Customer Service Center. The customer service here is…read morethe absolute worst! I walked in and soon the man that works here came out and he didn't even acknowledge me. I'm the one who said hello and he reluctantly answered. He never asked me how he could help me. I gave him my DL and told him that I needed to pick up my package. He said he needed the tracking number (no eye to eye contact) which I showed him. He went to the back and left my box in the counter. If you don't like your job then you need to quit and allow someone who actually wants to work, take the job. If your attitude sucks because of something you went through, go and fix your issues and come back to work or not. Customer service centers have no place for negative vibes especially since your income depends on your customers! You should treat your customers with the utmost respect and dignity especially if they're courteous and polite. It was so bad that I'm in their parking lot writing this review...DO BETTER!!!!! Treat people right because you never know what could happen if you mistreat the wrong person at the wrong time! Again...DO BETTER!!!!!!

She is a very Selfish person, pretends to care about others but she does not. She thinks the world revolves around her. We had to adjust our lives for her but never did she help her employees. She would also never rotate weekends.. there was 3 employees at one point but she treated the guy very unfair also so he walked out on her. Just recently she was making racial slurs about hispanics. I am Hispanic so I did not tolerate it. I reported her to HR. Once I reported her she did not say a word to me. Which is very uncomfortable working with someone like that. She started tossing stuff around because she was mad about the report. She sets up her employees for failure. Come to find out thats the only reason she hired me because I am Hispanic (well thats what it felt like) made me feel very belittled. She likes to hire young hispanic females (as she said). Be ware if you are Hispanic and get hired at the Baytown location.
